Let'sGoHawks! Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Sioux had plenty of chances that period, 3 or 4 odd man situations, just need to bury it. Quote

jk Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 I think the Sioux are playing pretty well. Five or six really nice chances, just inches away. They're getting the puck right down by the goalie, and when you do that, eventually they'll start to go in. UAA deserves credit, as they are big and can skate. They're good at using their size legally, which is tricky. Last year UAA skated circles around the Sioux at REA, and this year the Sioux seem quicker. This year it's size against speed. Quote
nodak hockey fanatic Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 must be the hot goaltender syndrome careful, we are only allowed to use that excuse once a week we are skating well, but damnit, we need to bury the puck. LETS GO SIOUX!!! Quote
sioux rube Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 must be the hot goaltender syndrome Don't need a goalie when they swing and miss. Quote
AZSIOUX Posted November 15, 2008 Author Posted November 15, 2008 alright, just made a strong one...man its good....grey goose n red bull to give the boys some extra umph lets get one early.................. Quote
Bacardio Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 I had the worst time trying to register (attempting four or five times) but eventually got it. Wish I could offer more help... finally.... now if I went through all this hassle an the Sioux play like crap, I will not be happy Quote
Let'sGoHawks! Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 must be the hot goaltender syndrome No, the goalie had nothing to do with it. I believe all were fanned on, resulting in no shots. Quote
kfah1 Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 1st Sioux PK for the game against the #1 PP in the WCHA... crap Quote
nodak hockey fanatic Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 great kill for the sioux. lets get one in now. i bet anyone a tall beer at the ralph that uaa doesn't stay atop the wcha in pp all season Quote
nodak hockey fanatic Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 crap! 2-0 seapuppies. walski didn't see it. looked like a nice deflection. lets go boys!! Quote
nodak hockey fanatic Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 uaa was controling the play in our zone better after their pp was up. big letdown for the sioux. we need to get it going here. Quote
Sioux_Hab-it Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 crap! 2-0 seapuppies. walski didn't see it. looked like a nice deflection. lets go boys!! Tough to see anything when you fall to your knees before any shot. Quote
siouxweet Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 looks like we might have to put a six spot up to win, 6-5 Sioux. oops, I meant 6-1 UAA, as we can't f#### score and walski is in net. who couldn't stop a f#### basketball. Quote
AZSIOUX Posted November 15, 2008 Author Posted November 15, 2008 6 shots? is that right. man we are firing the rubber tonight Quote
nodak hockey fanatic Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Tough to see anything when you fall to your knees before any shot. i'm not defending walski here, as i am just as dissapointed as you in the score here, but unless he was 7' 6", he wasn't seeing over the two guys camped right in front of him. and as we speak (type), uaa gets another pp opportunity. Let'sGoHawks! Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 sioux with only 6 shots on goal and killing another penalty! Quote
