I really would love to see him back in the Ralph. Actually I will go back when he decides to go for one last shift.

I'd head back for that too.  Timing worked out this past year when my son and I went back for a series during the Parise last shift.
That was great to see.

Brad's article about Toews alleviates the concern that he does not have a special place in his heart for UND.

Some of the entitled fans thought he didn't like UND because he didn't bring the Cup to the Ralph

why was jackson born in fargo of all places?

Because his mother was in Fargo, was due to have a baby, and went into labor.

Watched the video, mainly thanked the Blackhawks and Jets and teammates on those teams.

Started off thanking UND alumnus and former Sioux football player Mark Chipman for bringing the Jets back to Winnipeg and giving him the opportunity to come back to Winnipeg and playing in front of family and his home town fans.

He kept it pretty short and said he has so many others he'd like to thank.

Probably about time to get scheduling a One More Shift with Toews this season or next.  :)

Interesting that he didnt say Oshie because I think all of us as fans link them together for life because of the DOT line so we expect them to be besties forever but that doesn't seem like how it is

I don't know the circumstances behind his brother's departure beyond the 2011 team being stacked and ice time being a concern. People on here alluded to it being unpleasant, and family comes first, but time heals wounds.  Article made it sound like he was too dialed in to think about UND, and I believe it.
