Does Princeton have a unique "offensive playbook" for lack of a better term? It seems like their guys are never where our D expects them to be. Or is it just as simple as our defense is having one of their bad games.

yikes Lammy goofed up on trying to clear the puck away. Missed hitting the puck in the air and Princeton player pounced right on it and shot. Luckily it missed.

From my standpoint, Sioux were dominated that period. They better pick it up in the third. Princeton played with much more energy and determination.

I think the guy with TH summed it up. Our first penalty happened at the end of the 2nd period...maybe our problem is we arn't playing agressive enough. He also said earlier that the Sioux are playing down to Princeton's level.

It can't be both? If the goalie plays the puck right at all he stops that but still it was a very nice shot, not easy from that angle. He went down way to early leaving quite a bit of net open but it was a pretty accurate snipe

That's kind of what I was thinking while watching that period. Princeton skaters seem to outnumber us in the zone and get open looks at the net way too often. On the other hand, we are still up 2-0.

BTW, I'm loving the Rubik's cube intermission analysis!
