Let'sGoHawks!
INCH can suck it. Sioux fans are the best in the league. Without us, the attendence would be 10,000 a game.
GoldenHorde
What?! A teams fans overreacted when one of their star players hit the ice. I'm shocked and outraged at this completely new development in sports. I think the notable part of the story is that UND had enough of a fanbase travel to make it noticeable. I'm not sure why a writer would need to take a potshot at fans for something that happens constantly in every hockey game played across the country but I also don't see a reason to get upset over it those were definately clean hits. Wow, thanks for that insightful fifth post. Can you let your daddy on the PC now? You don't think UND's fanbase travels well? Yeah, I remember my first beer... Yeah, I remember my first beer... What? My point was the fanbase always travels well and that's the reason it was noticeable the fans were booing. Maybe you should have stopped at that first beer.... UNDLeafsGuy
Sorry but I thought they were both good clean checks to knock TJ off of the puck. It looked strange because that has never ever happened to him before Saturday the OSH was the stud that we all know and like to watch play the game! FIRE HELMET GUY #26
INCH has never been the most WCHA friendly it seems like. On a positive note, Sioux fans had to be happy with Goldy taking out Don Adam before the game Saturday night. Old Goldy is good for something every now and then. petey23
Yep, both good clean hits and I heard the Sioux fans wanting the calls as well. I expect it from the Gopher rubes every time a guy falls down but was disappointed in UND fans not appreciating good clean hits.....kinda like Porter"s and Finley's great hits against BC last year in the, oh wait those were called penalties. junior24
I agree 100% with INCH. Two clean hits and people are droppin F bombs and yelling as if they know something.

Jess Meyers is an idiot if he thinks this is news worthy! All teams have fans that don't know the rules. Add beer goggles and the "homerism" comes out even more. Why can't we call diving, diving? Embelishment is just a waste of a syllable!
HaksHomey
INCH sucks beyond belief: I, stupidly and painstakingly, listened to the latest installment of the podcast, and some moron tried to bring up the point that the Hobey Baker finalists didn't show up thisweekend and he mentioned TJ and JPL by name... First and foremost, OSH destroyed CC Secondly, say what you want about JPL's friday performance, the twin cities hadn't seen glove work like they did from JPL on saturday since torii hunter signed with the angels. Moral of the story... INCH is outrageously incompetent

dropTHEgloves
On a positive note, Sioux fans had to be happy with Goldy taking out Don Adam before the game Saturday night. Old Goldy is good for something every now and then. I have a Goldy story for everyone. Before the 2006 regional in Grand Forks, Goldy was really irritating this older Michigan fan and his wife. This guy was going seriously nuts on Goldy after Goldy would not move from obstructing his view. The ushers finally had to escort Goldy away from this guy. Even though the guy from Michigan was like 70, he had enough steam coming out of his head where I think he would have seriously inflicted damage. Although this guy was not fortunate enough to assault Goldy, I am sure he got some satisfaction in seeing Minnesota be sent home by Holy Cross. I have to disagree with you here. Eric Kaufman's performance of the rarely attempted 540 degree spin probably deserves an entire paragraph let alone an extra syallable! That was special!
