Santiago looked as pissed as one could be after his fumble. If the team was over reacting and getting misconduct penalties we'd probably be saying win and lose with some class. It's hard to judge, but yes we look a little flat, not ready for the challenge in my opinion. But I don't doubt the players and their commitment in wanting to win.

One more joke opponent for SU, then sh*t gets real on their schedule. If UND had the SU schedule we would be 3-1 right now.

It was clear Davis knew enough about our D to get the matchup they wanted, Carter on Doss with no help. Was a safety suppose to be over top? It's like ground hogs day. The other team maximizes their personnel on offense and we can't stop it and on the UND offense we run our system without regard to personnel. (Although our O was better in the Davis game)

Not sure if anyone commented on injuries, yet...... A UND defense with Reyes, Harris, and Rodgers probably would have been enough to put this game at 50/50, even slant to UND. Schmitty would have been able to dial some more things up with those 3. Our offense at times, moved the ball OK today, but on the year, it has been bad. Overall, still hard to watch the train wreck.

I watched some highlights and I don't think Davis has the QB play that is so deadly for us. I also watched Weber push them around with ease. I think Weber is more physical than us, but we might get our boring and predictable run game going, at least a little bit. Bottom line, I have no idea what team and scheme shows up on Saturday. Anyway, I'll homer for the good guys 31-17 after rightfully calling the USD game was going to beat us twice.

You seem really concerned about hype, which doesn't show up on the scoreboard or stat book. A derailed season and lack of use of an RB doesn't make you the genius you are trying to portray.
