For sure, and Schmidt knows that and has guys on staff recruiting other areas of the country for game breakers. Danny must have recruited Bo and had some other guys get nfl looks (Toivonen & Maag), but I do agree with you.

Up until this season, New Mexico was almost always one of the worst FBS teams in the country. Sure, they probably pay more, but I wouldn’t put it past Schmidt to get Chaves to pony up. Plus, Albuquerque isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, especially when your family is in the Midwest.

How much does Schleusner make? Maybe he wants to be closer to home? Schmidt has a ton of connections, so I’m excited to see who he brings in!
