No idea if they're trying to get another year or not, but Samuels-Parker and Wiltshire also played JUCO to start their careers. Wiltshire would be massive. Side note: Samuels-Parker had a sneaky good season. Saw a tweet that he was the 5th highest graded interior DL in the MVFC this season, FWIW.

Was just reading the details on this new NIL club. Looks like the players run it and everything is divided equally between those participating. They lose 2 LBs and it appears they’re only bringing 1 in the class of 2026. Two will be seniors next fall, so having a lot of guys as sophomores in 2027 might be the plan if they like what they’ve got in the room right now. Also, there will be a good amount of seniors on the OL this fall. But I do agree with you there.

I believe he only played 4 games last year at SDSU as well, so he’s only had one season (EMU) at non-JUCO that he’s play more than 4 games from what I can find.

I’m curious if they’re thinking Walker and Wiltshire could get another year of eligibility. Both started their careers at JUCOs. Edit: Samuels-Parker as well.

I am expecting Jimmie Maxson to make a huge jump next season. He has the tools from the tape I've seen and was highly recruited.

Fleming gone. Now that one hurts. A positive is this staff did very well in the portal in a short amount of time last year, so I trust these open spots will be used very well. Unfortunately, you can only count on a year by year basis these days.

A lot of comments on that video from NDSU fans that play in a stadium with blue and red seats from the early 80s and way overpaid for a practice field that is basically a shed with turf in it. Not to mention their shrinking university. Love all their comments as it just brings more views to the video!
