Good point - is this part of a long-term plan to eventually add a women's sport to offset new FBS football scholarships? I hope so, but with how things have gone since Chaves has got here, I'd give that less than a 1% chance.

Would love some more insight into this from Chaves, but we most likely won't get anything more than the canned statement put out by UND. State budgets? Football to FBS? Poor money management? I would like to know the WHY the tennis programs were losing nearly a million dollars a year and where that money will now be allocated.

Definitely appears Anderson will get another year. That’s a huge help! He was UND’s best player in quite a few games before he got hurt IMO and adds a ton of length defensively.

Only 125 days until game day! I wonder if the roster is completely set or not. I know there are some guys who entered the portal this winter still looking for a home. Less than 30 D1 games played by the CB room and only 7 bodies on the roster. Maybe another CB?
