Tour of what the new business school will look like when done. That, along with the new student union, are going to be major upgrades and should be attractive to students. Dang near the entire campus has been rebuilt or remodeled in the last decade.

I do think Amazon will have a warehouse in most metros eventually. I thought I read they are planning 1,000 of them. Grand Forks is the 356th largest metro in the country, so it's possible. I know Columbia Mall has availability.
