I’m so out of the loop, what’s the story on these two?

I’m driving back from Bismarck to Grand Forks tomorrow with the biggest Bison fan in the office, so NDSU NOT punching a ticket to the dance was top of my priority list for the evening. If they get beat bad (at least 16, which is how many UND lost by), even better. I never rub stuff in, but at least he won’t be gloating.

So this tells me that the road QF games are NOT in the Midco contract. Glad that Midco wants to do it anyway.

Good point. I had forgotten about this automatic qualifier. Would be good for the program, for sure. Plus, those are played at home sites, so there's a chance we could host, correct?

Because the #2 seed's opponent plays the day before? Is there also a potential for #2 to play #10, or in the event #10 beats #7, does #10 play #1? Any other reasons that I'm not thinking of?

No advice, as I haven't been myself, but I also have this tournament on my radar. I'm curious to read the responses.

I was one of the ones that thought a an off-season change at DC was the right move. Then I retreated a bit when I realized how much the defensive personnel changed from ‘21 to ‘22. But now we have an opportunity to upgrade our DC. Hopefully we do.
