Agreed. The BCHL is a high scoring league. If Bowen doesn't avg a point per game I hope he would play another year of juniors before coming to UND. He's not drafted so there should be no rush. He's a great skater who simply needs to round out his game a bit. And it's still very early in the season :). Earlier I posted on the fact it appeared he was struggling and he scored two goals that night.

Interesting. That AHL team was probably missing a ton of players that were in the NHL training camp. But still interesting.

He has similar hype to parise coming in. Will he end up being as good as an NHL player? Odds are no. But he's a solid 1st rounder that probably should have went higher.

I thought he looked real uneasy. Rebounds galore. You're right that second goal was not good whatsoever. I noticed he kind of gets himself out of position quite a bit too. On the plus side, it was his second game and he should settle down the more minutes he logs. Tomek will be back pretty soon. I would guess Cam starts both games next week.

I saw him get a little dinged up. You're right, we can't lose him early, he's probably the best player on the team. He did pay through it including the 3x3 OT. He'll be fine.
