I'd have to agree with this. Michaels really was a great play by play guy... Sweeney not so much. Would really like to see Hennesy get on board for football. Very happy for Dan Hammer. He seems like a great guy, and It's nice to see a guy like him land a great gig. On the bright side, we should be able to land someone better than him, unless it is Sweeney, who is way over rated and very boring.

I think there was a typo somewhere along the line. The women's game was quoted as Attendance: 2,564 The two crowds didn't look the same size to me. The write up on the game says 2,953 on the right hand side. Feel like the box score has a typo, because no way were there that many empty seats at the mens game. We should move our away penalty box to the other side of the blue line. That way when the away team penalty expires the player will be offsides. Pretty much the same logic Omaha uses.

Well, I have often wondered how much the bb program would grow if we didn't have a hockey team and the bb team had the ralph and it's amazing players area/facilities. They would probably have one of the best setups in NCAA basketball. I think fightingsioux4life is right though. We should all hope for every program to be successful.

Well, looking at the 2012 RE Foundation public records, it looks like the RE Foundation donated $37,500 to UNLV Rebel Hockey Club. Guessing that is their club hockey team. Very interesting............. wonder if UNLV hockey thinks they can get RE Foundation support to help them go D1. RE Foundations has already donated millions to the UNLV foundation every year.
