Finding them is one thing but developing them is another. They both have done an excellent job in developing bigs. UND has done well too with Avants, Rebraca, Brekke, but they have had better luck with guards.

I expect big things this year. Outside of SDSU and NDSU... tell me who UND should be worried about right now? DU and KC are starting over practically, WIU has a new coach, USD has a new starting 5, ORU and UST will be tough but have key losses. Omaha could be ready for a step up.

This has to be a top half of the Summit team next year. You got most of the roster from last year back, you added some good pieces. Now you got to deliver on it.

The frontcourt has taken positive steps forward. Now you have a core of Kuljuhovic, Mathews, Mayar, and T to work with and, if needed, Omot at the 4. This will allow Erikson and Bothun to redshirt and develop. Excellent work by the staff to address this need. Now, what to do with that last scholarship.

If Richardson was still sitting on the board, I would have had no issue with taking a chance on him. The other 2 (Levas and Hooker): Hard pass.

I think they passed the big test: They didn't reach for a QB in Round 1. They didn't fall in the Hooker or Levas trap.

They were in 1st place in late January, but they fell completely apart There has been some conversations that the core is entitled and there is signs that it is time to blow it up and start over. Even Helle could be on the table. Need a new voice in the GM role.

Bottom line: UND has another scholarship to address an issue. Can they land some size and more shooting? There is still a LOT of potential for this year and given some of the turnover in the conference, they can be a top 3 team.

Don't remind me as well. NCAA screwjob. UND would have won the BSC back to back if he was immediate eligible and Brekke never takes an elbow in Fargo.

I'd flip 1 and 3 around.

I hope that we can be adding Omot or Eaglestaff to this list here in a few years.
