I wouldn't be surprised if Ivery burst onto the scene in camp. A new coaching staff is just what the doctor ordered for him. I'm also very intrigued to see how Ferguson does.

Unless Cummings has a serious breakthrough Carrothers will beat him out.

If we can get 1-3 high quality transfers a year that would be about right for chemistry and culture purposes. This year is an outlier because of the lack of depth from the mass exodus that occurred. We needed to load up on transfers this year and we did. In the next couple years we'll most likely see fewer and fewer transfers as depth is built through hs recruiting.

They have loads of them. It's been working well for them too... I'd rather develop hardworking kids for 5 years and establish culture instead of hoping 2 year FBS transfers with minimal investment can be the backbone like at PSU.

His film isn't overly impressive to me.

It's a bit different though. We don't have as many teams and not anywhere near the prestige in our tournament. Also the population base is a bit different as well.

I can't wait to see the new boards with crystal clear replays instead of having to squint.

Not enough room. The X is packed for that tourny. It's a special thing. The section tournys are in the smaller towns and they all lead to the big city with the big venue. It's done right.

It's pretty easy to recruit in their situation. The challenge for them will be developing that talent and mostly keeping complacency at bay.

Your son is one of many players that I am ecstatic to watch from the opening game this year. His situation is the type that either makes people quit or gain an extra level of drive and a massive chip on their shoulder. It seems he's tough enough to be the latter. Even though this sounds like a bunch of bull$%!# I know there are plenty of people who didn't approve of Mussman and didn't go to games as a result. Especially last year.

I assume they like who they're brining in though. And they must like the LBs since they only brought in one.
