CB is a no brainer. RB had a little more to it than just lack of quality recruiting. The attrition of quality backs was horrible. First it was Chappell then it was Murray and the result was a string of RBs who didn't get to mature before being thrown into the fire. Jake Miller should have never had his shirt pulled, same with Garmin. The string of attrition and lack of maturation paired with underwhelming recruiting left us with an underwhelming backfield. Either way, nobody would have been able to run last year. Also, if we had a great back in 2010 that team would have rolled up the rushing yards.

He brought in a decent amount of talent, a lot of which was under the radar like Golladay. The bigger problem was lack of player development. I'm not saying every class was awesome because there were clearly gaping holes, but it was defiantly more about his players not reaching their potential.

Hendrickson did a lot of playmaking on the move that day. Also Hanson lacked the arm strength required for the trick play we burned them on. I just feel they would have been able to tee off on Handon. Marcus burned them with his legs if they sent too much pressure.

Hanson would have been murdered against them. Having the best athlete on the field at qb gave us a good shot at winning that day.

I will have no expectations for this team until three games into the season at least. There's no way to guess who will be qb and how they'll play in the new system. Also all the new blood that will be infused will change things greatly. We need to give them time to gel and craft an identity. In the meantime we should sit back and let Bubba do his thing.

Oliver had a ton of talent but an awful attitude. If he's grown up and no longer a problem then he should be welcome. If not, no thanks.

When he needs to flip his hips and keep up he struggles. Skating sideways and backwards he's good, just not going forward.

Very few people have the know how or diet to workout that often. Plus rest is just as important. Mostly deep sleep not so much lounging.

There's nothing wrong with them going to the wellness to improve on their weaknesses. They aren't dead lifting or squatting or benching or sprinting. They're working on range of motion flexibility core strength and other very specific things that aren't going to cause overtraining. I do have a similar concern as you that they don't overtrain. I did that once and it took me almost a year to get back to where I was. Also Baukol has raved about the work ethic and attitude of the younger players.
