This is basically what I was expecting from him this year. He was very ready for a new staff and a new lease on football. He's been rejuvenated by having a head coach that he trusts and now he will show everyone how good a player he is when focused.

What about Studsrud?

I fully expect Ivery to have a good year. He was a very good WR as a rfr even though we could hardly pass the ball that year.

Once they go live and scrimmage we will see who can really play.

How did Ferguson look? Also how about the new CBs and RB?

Good for him. We need some young guys to step up and assert themselves.

Some of our early commits have been very solid players the last few years. It also seems that some of the "high end" recruits wait til late in the process to gather all their options and make a dedication. I don't think there's a huge correlation between the quality of commits based on when they verbal though.

Our unis will look sharp because they'll fit like a glove and we have a great color scheme. And if not for the tradition of bland those Notre Dame unis would be great. Adidas makes nice stuff regardless of mafiamans agenda.

Adidas won't give UND just one option and say "this is what you signed up for". They'll give UND a hand full of options and UND will choose and go from there. I expect a nice clean uni, nothing crazy.

As long as they redo the awful hockey unis too I'll be happy

LT Barton LG Anderson C Boas RG Miller RT ? ? ? I don't like our situation on OL. Barton and Anderson especially are good. Other than them nothing is proven. Meehan hasn't been very good, hopefully he made a huge improvement because we need 2-3 OL to step up big time. Based on his film I think Boas should earn a starting spot. I remember hearing good things about Miller so it'd be nice for him to grab a starting spot and hold it for 4 years. Stockwell is the future at LT but isn't ready yet. Steiner looks like a future stud but is an obvious guard. If Miller can slide out wide our line could be Stockwell Anderson Boas Steiner Miller in 2015. That looks like a legit line to me. This year it just seems like we're missing one spot which obviously would have been taken up by the JUCO that never came. I acknowledge that what NDSU has accomplished equals greatness, it's obvious. I don't like it, at all, but it's still obvious.

They'll probably beat ISU, let's be real. Next year would be the drop off if there is a big one coming. They have a lot of stud seniors on defense this year. We need to catch them instead of hoping they fall down to our level.
