That UND team had no idea that they weren't supposed to win any games that year. Scrappy as hell and extremely disciplined. A complete anomaly for Mussman teams unfortunately. He's a good guy and was a very good OC, some just aren't HC material.

There were guys like Mike Edwards who shouldn't have redshirted under Mussman. He was too scared to play young guys ahead of vets. Also too scared to lay the discipline hammer down consistently. Fat must constantly be trimmed to keep everyone honest.
