Our schedule is nice, real nice. Our RB group is nice. Our DL group is nice. Our LB group is nice. Our QB is nice. If our OL WR and DB groups can come together we will be in business. Our tough games are at home too which is also nice.

I always thought a full head dress helmet would have been pretty cool.

For some reason I don't and I can't put my finger on it. I really like the contrast of the facemask/chinstrap from the helmet though.

The numbers are already on the jerseys and about 10x as big. I doubt many people will be able to read the numbers on the helmets from the stands.

Player numbers are always on the helmet to keep track of whose helmet is whose. It's not like the guys' names are on the helmet

Goalie masks are one of, football teams have over 100 helmets. Another big factor, other than cost and time, is football helmets get beat to hell over a season especially the linemen. Goalie masks get hit by a puck maybe a few times a year so it's worth the investment of a custom paint job. Again very very different things. It's all about the stickers and always has been.

Yet. Maybe your great grandkids can get it.

How many teams actually have kept their unis consistent in the past? We've had a huge variety going back to the 1800's. Bama pen st nebraska and Michigan are exceptions. Now that I think of it there's a throwback Und jersey that is on that alerus sideline decal that would be pretty sweet.

That's apples and oranges. Stickers on helmets is the standard and there is only one style that is the exception and it's a Michigan style helmet.

So what happens when an airbrushed logo gets all scuffed up? They send the helmet back in for a totally new one. Literally nobody outside of Michigan has a painted on anything on their helmets. Everyone uses a sticker. Cmon man. Cheesy? Really?

The NDSU ticket guy waved at me as he drove by one day because he recognized me by my car that he loved to load up with tickets and I was about a half second from a bunch of felonies before I realized that he is just the ticket guy and he wasn't worth it but man did I want it.

Same here. If it's a drone it's getting shot down. If it's a roomba looking thing it's getting smashed. And it'll feel good, damn good.

You guys do realize that the old ND logo was clear just like this right? It's supposed to make the hawk stand out more and it does.
