Before D2 was a thing we played at a level equalivalent to FCS except with many of the G5 schools added in. I'd say our great teams from the early 70's have a say in the matter.

There will be enough people in GF to make a great crowd. Some will have to be dragged to the game by a friend. If we aren't proactive then we will end up with an embarrassing crowd like we used to have for first round playoff games against Winona.... well maybe not that bad but not good.

I think it's too bad for him and his community as well. He could have been a great role model for young people there.

If everyone that is a sure thing to attend is really proactive there's no reason we can't pack the place. A friend here and there will really add up.

No. Some teams from the 70s were damn good and playing at the equalivalent of this level. A couple of the D2 teams would have slugged it out head to head with this team as well.
