No. It isn't. I've talked to former Bison players about it and seen the training videos they post on the internet. And as a side note their injury rate is higher than ours. It's due to playing 15 games a year, not because their SC coach doesn't know what he's doing.

To all Baukol haters out there. Watch a video of any FBS team lift. Then watch our guys. Then go back and watch the FBS guys. Baukol is a master of teaching form. He won't let guys push themselves with weight unless they are at least proficient in the technique. I've seen him shut guys down for using bad form. He's an excellent SC coach who had to try and make chicken soup out of chicken !@#$ for years thanks to Mussman. Just look at Greg Hardin. Came in running a slow 4.5 and left running in the mid 4.3s. That's because Baukol has his players doing heavy explosive lifts. That's the only way to really train the fast twitch fibers and to increase their output. Lift heavy and fast. Baukol is the man.

Very different players. They can be equally effective though. There's more than one way to skin a cat.

There are also experts that encourage lifting heavy weights to prevent injury. It's all about technique. Baukol is a master at teaching technique. Our guys have better form than 99% of other teams. Shoulder injuries are often a product of bad luck or poor technique on the field.

Snatch actually prevents shoulder injuries when done with proper form. Baukol knows what he's doing. He's a great strength and conditioning coach.

That's a huge part of it no doubt but Studs was just plain off and missing some incredibly easy throws which is not normal for him. I'm just glad he's getting back in his groove. Same with the OL.

I really like Studsrud as our QB, unfortunately he gave us absolutely nothing with his arms or legs in the first 2 games. I'm very happy that he's back in his groove though. Our offense is much better with him hitting his wr.

Same program though and Bubba still has Mussman players. 4-5 isn't good enough though.

Just a little perspective on how Bubba has been able to turn UND around in a short time. WHAT DID THE WIN OVER NO. 16 CAL POLY DO? WELL, IT ...• Moved the Fighting Hawks to 6-17 against ranked foes since moving to the FCS level in 2008. • Improved head coach Bubba Schweigert to 4-5 against ranked foes in his two-plus seasons at UND. In other words, Mussman was 2-12 against ranked teams..... Bubba has doubled him up in ranked wins and he's not even half way through his third season. In Bubba We Trust.

That corner needs to be developed.

That empty corner lot across from sky's needs to be developed. That is absolutly a prime spot with two store fronts. That should be the first empty lot they build on. The other parks in the downtown are great little nooks that are really important to have. That corner on the other hand is too exposed and loud to leave as a park. It's also theist valuable of the empty lots.

I take offense to that. This is all natural.

Very good as a fr. for Central. Nice size is a plus. I'll be interested to see how he develops over the next couple of years.

Fewer money grubbing whore students were there. The ones that were there stayed and made noise. It was nice to see.

Most of our remaining games are against good teams, they just won't get any credit.

This poll has been particularly terrible this year.

Poly is a solid team. They were coming off wins over top 10 teams the previous two weeks. They beat big bad SDSU on the road.

I'm pretty worried about Sac State though, they just had a huge confidence boost with a dramatic win and it will be their homecoming. As with every Cali team they will have enough athletes to beat us.
