Good to hear they're putting the funds to good use. Heaven forbid they pay off the boondoggle parking garage early, or even worse, not raise parking pass prices $25 per year. (I realize the $20k for a car is peanuts in the overall budget, but I hate them)

Campus PD's only purpose is to give out minors. They literally do nothing else. Grand forks city PD is much more reasonable.

I thought the ranking for McDermott (#100+) on Iowa Preps seemed weird too. They kept referring to him as a top 10 on twitter though. May have confused McDermott with McDonnell.

Apparently he saw Central in the name and jumped to the wrong conclusion, even though Montana St squeaked by the same Central Arkansas team the week before. Also says the Alerus seats 21,000 so I guess we can put that talk of a Memorial Stadium renovation to rest.....

I agree it's gimmicky, that's why I said UND could do cool things with it but I'm not sold on it. Drop the Yeti, it was more just something fun to talk about. Nokota is a horse. It's boring. Someone had mentioned wolves earlier. Wolves by itself is a bit plain, but how about Prairie Wolves? It's another name for coyotes (yes, USD), but I see it as a better name than Coyotes.

Is the Robert Morris defense better than Montana State? I'm happy with UND's defensive performance thus far this year, but it doesn't change my opinion of our offense to date.
