Don't compare the Notre Dame Michigan game to a major rivalry. Bigger ones with Navy, Stanford, USC, Purdue, and Michigan State.

To some degree I agree but if you can't offer at least competitive wages... It is going to be tough to do well. If you run a business and your competition is paying a significantly higher wage... He will draw in better talent.

I have never heard any one use the word Bison as anything sexual.... And honestly the ones UND would here the most sexually charged comments from the name rough riders would likely be their own students.

I did work at the Dairy Queen for about 6 months back in high school.

To be perfectly honest, it's way too soon to know if it was a net loss or a gain. If NDSU is bad for the next 15 years... Sure that's a loss. But honestly if a school like NDSU isn't having to replace the basketball coach every 5 or 10 years.... It is because the bigger schools don't think he is worth poaching.
