To say Jordan is equal to Briggs or Ziggyt is ludicriss, then your saying in Ziggy's case both the UND and Duluth coaches are wrong. Jordan is twice the goalie Briggs is no matter what the Goofer fans in MPLS tell us. Hauser is twice the goalie Briggs is and I thought he sucked. I think most are in agreement of this here on this message board that Jordan got the job based on his play fair and square. I think Dagies summed it up best.

I agree with you. I believe that Phil will be given the chance to play his way into the numer one goalie. Its all up to him. But (I am pontificating here) I suspect that the new guy will also be given the chance to be the starter if he is ready or plays better than Phil, you just never know or the coaches could end up playing both goalies, I like that idea, nothing wrong with having a two headed monster as long as it doesn't look like the one the Gophers are playing with.

Personally I think that is a rediculous argument. I would might need to see a link on that one. Seriously, Jordan earned the position fair and square, Phil did not, that is way life goes sometime.

The gophers looked horrible against California last night, the only bright spot I saw was the LB turned RB and his game wasn't all that stellar either.

I like what your wrote here and I am going to take this one further and add that the Gophers have mediocre goaltending and I do think Lammy is a better goalie than either of the Goofers goalies.

I remember last season WSU fans were talking about how UND was going to lose in Winona and If my memory is right I believe UND ran WSU out of the stadium last season. I am sure that the Sioux will be ready and will not look past WSU. Huge win for our program.

Oh my god. A day of upsets Chadron beat Montana schools a Big Skye School. UNH beat Northwestern 34-17 and finally UND just beat UNI 35-31. What a day of upsets. Looks like UND has found a great running back.
