What are we to make of this score, Miami beats DU then loses to Vermont? Yikes DU can't be very good this year.

Actually DU lost to Miami which kind of surprised me. C.C. barely beats the air force, I wonder if that is a preview for things to come in Colorado Springs this season.

It looked like a horse race as all four lines were flying tonight. This team has a lot of speed. Speed opens up the skating lanes and so will the scoring opportunities. If the QU goalie hadn't been on this could have been a 10-1 game.

Miller's goal was pretty, and he definately looked good tonight. How about Zajac. Off to a good start.

Not at all. With all the bad calls being made, I doubt there will be many times where16 people on the ice after the opening faceoff.

The problem is going to be convincing these guys to wear the visors. Also, I believe the NHLPA might have a hand in wether they wear them or not. This has been discussed yearly. Maybe something comes out of it this season.

Those two guys could be big this season, Bishop shows a lot of hustle. I like Kozek's snap shot, he doesn't have a lot of movement on the stick and he shoots really quick, that could give goalies fits if there is the slightest bit of a screen in front of the net. I think some of those shots are going to start going in.

Yep, and he is making a nice salary too, 198,000.00 a year and a car and house paid, that is like 250,000 to run a university. Wow...
