I would imagine that Elliot would have to have a broken leg to be held out of the games this weekends The kid is trooper, deep thigh bruises suck I had one when I was in football and they take a few days to work their way out of your leg, very painful, they also take time to heal but I would bet the farm and the truck on Elliot starting. I am sure he will be in the training room all week recieving treatment.

I suppose we are still behind in the recruiting battles. I was thinking about that when watching the game last night and from watching friday's game. Minus their stars that got hurt, Skille is a good players, who is it in Wisconsin line up that is good because no one stood out for them this past weekend? I thought we were losing yearly battles to them in the recruiting wars? Sounds like Hextal is a clone of the Rory McMahn, Mike Prpich, Rylan Kaip Carey Eades? Fiesty, mean and nasty and someone who will score dirty goals in front of the net, but will also smack you up side the head. My kind of player.

I don't think we want to give up on big Joe just yet, I have noticed a few people are saying that Joe sucks and he is a disgrace to the Sioux uniform. I don't think he played that bad this weekend. Mistakes are going to happen. I am pysched by the Sioux's play this weekend and they will be a force to be dealt this season.

I believe it was a knee to thigh hit and after watching the replay of the hit, it didn't look like Porter did it intentionally. Porter isn't that type of player. Green blinders, I believe this is a Sioux page so most of us are going to see the world from a green and white perspective.

I made the comment last year that I was surprised they didn't change the time of the game so the Goofs would get the 700pm game then more people would have been able to watch the Goofs loose to the Badgers 4-0. Of course those games don't matter.

I believe that Genoway playing on forward last night is a testimate of his worth, the kid can fly. Chay is impressive.

I have to respectfully disagree with you, althought maybe not his best game of the year last night Genoway is great with the puck and I don't think Hak will take him out of the line up. I am not sure why you don't like Kozek with that line since he got an assit on Porters goal last night. I think that line will stay together they almost have to because of familiarity and that they are also getting the points. In three games not too bad. Kozek 0-3-3 points Watkins 1-1-2 points Porter 1-1-2 points In comparison: Oshie 1-3-4 points Toews 3-2-5 points Duncan 2-2-4 ponts I think its early in the season and we shouldn't get too restless. (oh My god the Gophers finally scored a touch down.)
