Phil should be taking a lot of the blame as well as Grieco for the play in their play in the nets, they both have sucked. Both has had small glimmer of decent goaltending but as a whole they have not been good. Giving up almost 4+ goals a game is not good. Also taking stupid penalties at crucial times is not good.

No one has started the Walski was robbed thread yet? I don't think the coach can take all of the blame for this, I don't see Hakstol out there letting in weak goals or taking stupid penalties. But I think this week coach should have lessions on counting.

I think most of us are in agreement with you on this one. They say that championships are won in March and April but its a lot harder to win them if you finish in the bottom half of the league standing and fail to make the playoffs.

If I was the Coach I would have lined them up for about a 1000 Herbies, while the rink was emptying out. They still would be skating as we speak. This is pathetic. Maybe some 0500 in the morning skates. Granted Elliot was good but that is not an excuse. 6th Friggen place in the WCHA, unacceptable, UAA is sitting ahead of us in the standing. I think he is the softest 6'7" player in the league. I don't think he is the worst defender this side of the mississippi but he has a lot of work to do. I am sure he is a nice kid but maybe a trip to the stands with his suit and coke might be a good place for him tonight would be good for him too. In Blaiser's day trips to the stands or sitting on the bench were common place. I think in Finley's defense he has tried to play in control because we was getting tagged for the B.S. ticky tacky penatlies that they hand out in this league( You got that one just because you bigger than the other kids and it sucks that kid ran into your elbow during a legal hit). I would rather have him sent to the box for knocking off someone's head than going to the box for a stupid holding penalty. I don't know what its like in your end of the stands but up in my section the fans are getting restless and have seen enough. This is some crappy hockey. Did anyone notice that Hak said there isn't supposed to be League games during the WJC, and that the fact that UND's games against C.C. are scheduled during that time. In fact if this is the case why are we all but 2 teams not playing that weekend? Seriously I don't think its going to be an issue this year because of the Bracket that USA is playing in this year is really tough. I predict that the boys will be back.
