Schedule bad it conflicts with my hunting schedule, I missed the C.C. games due to pheasant hunting. Of course the BSU series is basically a home and a home so I can see 8 more games after this weekend. Also, I think this team might play better on the road. Just a hunch.

Its my opinion that UND needs to get a coach that is of a Shannon Miller ilk or at least something in the way of the UMN or UW coaches someone that is going to bring the program to the next level. With the REA as a recruiting tool there should be no reason why UND is a top 3 WCHA.

Stuttgart was home to the RAF terrorists and a monthly demonstration of some kind. Some of those people were scarey looking. As an MP we guarded the gates and we always had something happening at the front gate keep us busy. Run through were always fun. As far as the Border goes took a tour of the East German border before I left Germany I can remember getting the riot act about no one figure salutes, and how we were suppose to provoke the east germans. I am like they have a gun I don't. The Beer story sounds like my first National Guard AT with the Mass guard, we stop at the Class 6 store and park the jeep out front with the M60 machine gun right on top. I believe that is the correct call in this case, the rules are the rules. The rules state you get in a fight you can't play your next game. The players and coaches should have thought twice before they got into a bench clearing brawl at the end of the game. Fighting in college hockey is something that happens very rarely but when it does it has consequences, that is the way the rules were written. I am sure if the league had made an exception for these teams, the league would to give other teams the same type of treatment and they would expect the same type of treatment. Good call by the league.

I think it woud be wrong if the league allowed them to do this. Basically like Hak said you do the crime you do the time.

Apparently I guess we can't see the hidden talent or flaws in these players (Watkins and Kozek) game that Lives is seeing. Whatever, floats his boat. I would think Hak and NHL scouts would know more than most of us arm chair coaches.

I am puzzled by the move myself. I think if anything Kyle has shown a vast improvement each year and he has done the dirty work when others haven't. I think he has cut down on the penalties and if someone needed to stick up for a team mate he would be there. I suppose Hak is sending him a message but Kyle isn't the only one that needs to recieve one. Heck yeah I would sit Finley this weekend if anything and have a more moble defense corps.
