I don't think he was saying that. I believe people were saying its ironic that Lee was on the ice that let the forward go that ended up leading to the winning goal. Lee was basically invisible most of the game. I think Chourney played well. Frankly In a way its sad to a point of being almost comical that Lee was on the ice when the goal was scored. Its probably even more funny that his player that he let skate by him scored the winning goal. Personally I don't care if we win or lose the WJC, I care more about UND hockey. But I can see where there is a theme developing here. In the stands last week I was commenting how the Fighting Sioux were going to miss the likes Lee and Chorney and Toews because of the WJC tourney and that its a shame that they won't be heading to C.C. with there team mates. A few of the people behind me snickered and said they wish Lee had left early for the WJC tourney. Frankly I have heard this a lot this year, in fact there are many people hoping he goes to the NHL or Pros after the season.

Make that three year in a row. I don't know if you guys caught it on the broadcast but announcer basically said that last season in Vancover there were players complaining about there roles on the team. Sounds like this year they don't have that problem. It would be interesting to find out who the problem childs were last season.

Ok maybe not with an iron fist (I was trying to compliment your site, didn't come out right) but it is run tigher than SiouxSports.com (I like this site a lot just pointing out a fact as I see it). Personally I think there are way too many trolls on this site (just my thoughts). Point being I think people have more ley way to be a jerk on this site than GPL, I kind of like the way your site is run just wrong team. So to say that Sioux fans are being Jerks on GPL not really, talking about the Holy Cross loss doesn't make one a jerk, its funny. Gopher fans getting grumpy because of the loss seems petty since their fans were pretty cocky going into the regional, that is what makes the win so sweet. I am not going to buy a HC jersey because of the win, I think its a waist of money, but I still enjoy the win almost every day because it pisses Gopher fans off so much. I would never wear another teams jersy except the UND ones.

That is not necessarily true, Juniper the GPL site manager runs his site with an iron fist. He has very small threshold and trust me Sioux fans aren't allowed to act like dicks, they are shut down immediately. So I am not sure where that is coming from? On SS.com you have way more leyway...

Parise two goals tonight with Paul Martin getting an assist on both of his goals. Commie with an assist tonight against the Florida Panthers Ryan Johnson with a goal tonight as well against the Buffalo Sabres.

I think its funny, but sure I am already thinking about going Pheasant hunting on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd and how much beer I am going to drink on new years day after hunting. Most of Sioux fan like the results of the game but our whole life doesn't run around a GAME. Sure I think about hockey 22 hours a day but I have filed the void this weekend with no Fighting Sioux hockey. The wild last night, the Wild tonight, probably a little Bruins action too.
