Oshie had a point last night and he played most of the game dinged up. I like his heart, I would love to see him score a goal. MTU was haching away at him last night, the play where he was checked into the goal posty had to hurt. I thought he had seperated his shoulder ala, Brady Murray, but he was back out there again. The kid must be tough.

Good goalie makes crucial saves in critical times. The first and the last goal were weak shots. Just like last week when the goaltender let in 3 softies, added to the crucial mistakes kills any momentum they had. You actually forgot Lee. Apparently the fans are lumping Lee and Finley together, they are like a package deal. Actually, I think its funny because its not only happening on SiouxSports.com, this isn't an enigma here it common place all over town. This anti Lee, Finley theme has been a common theme in the stands week after week, starting with week two against the Maine Black Bears. I seriously think this team isn't even as good at the 2001-2002 team, the for-mentioned gave an effort, these guys last night were lolly gagging on and off the ice and they basically played for 9 mintues out of a possible 60 minutes. If they had played like they did at the end of the game they would have won. If the Sioux actually started to play like the 2001-2002 team we might actually win a few more games. I think the team is very close to losing fan support, which is good we will get rid of the fair weather fans. I am saying this from listening to the grumbling in my section. I told the one guy sitting next to me, if they dont come back fine there will be more room to stretch out. This year is starting to resemble 2001-2002 its scarey. UND needs scoring and a goalie that can stop the puck. Not getting either right now. I don't care how improved MTU is losing to them is not ACCEPTABLE.

What I saw tonight wasn't even close to the effort I saw last weekend. Once again the goaltending was horrible. Two of the three goas were really weak. There is no excuse for losing to a team like MTU I hope Hak starts Grieco tomorrow night. Bad thing is I think that TJ hurt his shoulder on a non call that Sheppard should have made. I hope TJ isn't hurt bad. I can say the defense did not lose this game tonight, they played good enough to win and Finley played good, got some good hits for this I am very pleased.

What we saw tonight was unacceptable.

Sweet. Kind of remind me of an old bar named Bottoms up in Bemidji before it was raided by Law Enforcement and shut down, I can't remember what crimes were broken but it wasn't pretty. So smokey you couldn't see the other side but drinks were dirt cheap. The place to be every weekend. I also loved the old antique, used to go there after work before it was taken out by the wave/flood.

Actually Redwing_77 thanks for the kind words. I might have thrown a stone or two but it ussually bounces right back at me. People can disagree and respect each other. I love arguments but when you call people out a person can do it with respect. While I don't always agree with you or other I try to respect there views. In my personal lives I love to have political discussion with people I often disagree with. Its fun.
