I also don't believe that Maine is unbeatable either, especially since UMASS beat them four times this season. So I expect if the Sioux match up against them they will take care of business.

PCM is awesome, I was looking for the silver lining (some where other than my graying hair) and I knew PCM would bring it out. This year I pledge not to make any grand predictions and have laid off them,every game we have played since the final five is a gift and should be enjoyed. Now I am hopefully ready to enjoy an 8th title. I didn't want to give the team any bad mojo, so I will just roll with it. Even on my blog I stayed away from that kiss of death type prediction. One thing I have noticed is the look in Chirs Porter's eye when he is interviewed. The man is all focus and humble. His leadership could very have rubbed off on the other players in the room. This is kind of a curtain call for the Sioux hockey team especially the three Seniors as the make up of the Fighting Sioux hockey team will be very different next year.

I honestly don't want to see UND play Maine if we win today. They man handled us in October. Of course UND could also be seething from that lose and be ready to extract some revenge.

Against Schneider that shouldn't be a problem since he was given up a lot of goals the last two times UND has played them.

The Sioux record is unbelieveable when a line other than the 1st line scores. I believe its in the .800s or .900

Puffy aka Jeff Dubay picked the Maine Black Bears to beat the MSU Spartans in what they refered to as the under card. In game game two: Puffy picks the B.C. eagles to beat the Sioux. No shocker here. Jeff has been wrong in his picks all year long.

I would love to have high lite tape of Jone's snaps that would be classic. The kid is tough and has had a very good second half of the season. Also, Zach hasn't taken a lot of stupid penalties either. If your a stayat home defenseman and your not getting your name mentioned a lot your playing good.

I was going to say SiouxRock but that did give me a good laugh. Homersay, that is priceless. Hopefully next week we will be celebrating number 8.

Here is an interesting point the Sioux start the season 7-10-1 and Maine ends the season 7-11. Interesting.

Now that is one of the funniest things I have seen written all week. I wonder which clowns from the WCHA are going to be working at the Frozen Four. I am hoping none of them made the trip.

Today I woke up and it was snowing, sucks because for the most part all of the snow was gone. Now its like winter redux. Funny think is that no one is talking about the drought anymore. Snow balls chance in He!! would have been better I suppose.

. I was watching the NCAA title game from 1987 title game last night and it has become apparent to me that this year is Eerily simular to 1987. 1.) Both years UND has a Hobey Baker Candidate Duncan in 2007 Hrkac in 1987 2.) MSU is in the Frozen Four. 3.) UND has an explosive line in 1987 the Hrkacs Circus, in 2007 UND has another explosive line the D.O.T. line. 4.) Another year were we watched Minnesota go home and the Sioux move on. That is becoming a yearly thing. I don't mind though. It's fun to watch the old championship games. I have never seen the 1987 title game until last night so it was new to me. It was interesting that the NCAA allowed Alcohol ads on the Boards.
