No doubt, I like gritty blue collar players that aren't affraid to get their nose dirty and push back when hacked. The WCHA will show the other leagues that effort and determination of the WCHA come tourney time.

There is one in Devils lake as well but I don't remember what the freq is.

Defensively the Sioux are as good as they have ever been in the last 4 years. I think UND is more balanced in scoring and this year if more so than ever they might actually be able to fly under the radar this year because no one is really looking a them.

Actually Blaiser had some teams that were horrible on the PP and not that good on the PK as well...

The way suspensions are handed out I would end up off the net for a while. I kind of said that tounge in check; but it has been real tame for a series that is supposed to be the Hatfields and McCoys.

I don't know many teams that do this with 3-4 games left in the season.

I know what they are; they were called tryouts by the coach, I heard this from someone I know close to the situation.

For this week being Sioux and Gophers, it is way too tame.

I would agree and did mention in my blog post that everyone is considered innocent and till proven guilty by a jury of their peers. I hope if the kid has an issue he gets it worked out.

So then tDon's messages has been recieved by the student athlete that it was intended for.

So do the Gophers throw Jeff into the Mississippi or do they try to live with him. Remember when Goofer fans were accussing Blaiser of throwing Goalies into the RED RIVER? If they keep him around they are stuck with him for another year. Frazee isn't going to be that great of a pickup for the Professional ranks. I don't see him Bumping anyone out of the AHL team for New Jersey.

Why would Don come back with Jeff Frazee after his last couple of performances, unless he wants to get him back in the mix.

I never have seen how people can say that UND over recruits? I think Hak and Blaiser did some smart recruiting.

I don't think its unreasonable to come to another fans message board and talk hockey, this isn't two waring factors. Coming to another fans board and having a hissy fit over a fan's opinion of something, hey people see things differently, is a little over the top and UNACCEPTABLE. I don't see a lot of the UMN fans doing that. I also think the debate over at USCHO is way too tame and the GPL one is almost enough to put someone to sleep. I miss the CIVIL in your face banter back and forth.

Maybe we call this the region of death (lite), its definately not as tough as the last two years. i think we would match up well against UNH and North Eastern.

we are both right, no one is getting cut but there will be some changes on the forward lines. The tryout is in camp between JV and Varsity.

I agree; I am sick and tired of seeing the same teams every years how many times have we seen Minnesota, (2005, 2007) Holy Cross (2004, 2006) B.C. (1999, 2000, 2001, 2005, 2006, 2007), Michigan (1998, 2006, 2007).

The thing that kills me is we flat out ran MSU out of the building when we played, this same team actually lost two games to Miami and beat CCHA powerhouse Michigan. OF course the MSU coach Comley says that Miami was the best team they say this year. What gives. I saw the Miami and UNO game and I am not sold on MU or Zakhof (sp) this is the same guy that sat behind Frazee at the WJC.
