A coach should be given 3-4 seasons to judge him/her. Or that is standard in a lot of college sports.

I would agree with that statement, however, Duane Sand (I heard he is going to make a run again) isn't going to be Earl Pomeroy. So I think we are going to be stuck with him for a while longer.
