Living around Grand Forks, I can tell you that I have heard there were questions about his work ethic as well. This I heard last summer.

I love when people praise Bill Clinton, he had a Republican senate and house his last term. I am not sure you realized but since the 2006 elections the DNC has been running the show again and has the lowest approval rating on any congress. They were going to drain the swamp of courption and all we have gotten in the status quo. By the way both Obama and Clinton are a part of that congress/senate. Even their approval numbers are worse than President Bushes. So your believe we tax ourselves into propersity? I don't watch CNN or Lou Dobbs.

I was sitting in my basement watching the game and after it was over I just sat there for like two hours staring at the TV screen in disbelief. and my wife came down and said you going to just sit there? I said yep.

Scott is right Dorganoff et al have been MIA in this fight to keep the Sioux name, don't expect team ND to get interested now. Like I said earlier if they actually had to fight for their re-election you would have seen them come out for this, however, since North daktoa rubber staps these guys every election cycle it is no going to change anytime soon. The status quo is what ND voters has voted for and this is what your going to get. don't blame me, I have did my part and voted against them every chance I get.

It sounds great but Team ND is untouchable, nothing will change, these guys don't even have to campaign to get their jobs back. The GOP can do nothing to mount a challenge to replace any of these guys. The status quo will not change.

I wrote him another issue the other day and have got nothing back. I don't expect much from him at all...

I was being sarcastic and arguing the absurd, but I really do believe some are going to be disappointed that when we change our name these still probably won't give us the time of day.

I think this needs to be brought up when the name is changed that it is a select few exacting their will on many. This is a perfect example of Political Correctness run a muck. Has anyone noticed that Dorgan, Conrad and Pomeroy have been missing in action on this issue? This needs to come up as well.

Ugh, I am hoping we get some EZAC or CCHA refs that will call the hooking and holding and let the games open up a bit.

It would seem like a fair statement. I had heard the league was going/leaning towards this decision. I heard this as well at the final five last season. The last two seasons the Goofs were the Cup winners it was a mute point. Hopefully the DU UND game was the last time this happens.

OK, I have a question? Honestly why would someone quote "on the inside post this type of information?" We have seen many so called in the know experts on here from time to time that have inside information, we have seen how a lot of this inside info has worked out. Isn't releasing that type of information wouldn't that be a breach of trust? I am not here to pick a fight with anyone but this is a message board that discusses and pointificates about a hockey team that all of us follow. However, some people act as if no one else's opinion's matter and really this is why we have people that don't post here anymore. If someone wants to question a person info it's legit. That doesn't either point legit or not legit.

If the Sioux doesn't get in it means more than likely their were 4 major upsets in the conference tourneys; I think the furthest they could fall is a three seed. Then so what we beat a DU or B.C. before we whoop Miami's ass.

If I am not mistaken we are pretty close to at least a number two. Mathematically UND probably could miss the final five and still be what a three seed? Realistically.
