To each his/her own. I would question how many of the anti women's hockey fans have actually been to a game or two. Personally, I think UND women's hockey is a good brand of hockey and it's also exciting. One of the top games I ever saw was the pre-Olympic game between USA and Canada. That being said, I am a football and hockey fan and for the most part, I get bored watching baseball and basketball games. It's what you like. Would I go to a basketball game? Sure, I would. I would also never diss an athlete from any sport.

The Grand Forks Sheels has a nice collection of Fighting Hawks gear. The Sioux Shop is very limited, not much to pick through.

Yep, I think that BU is a good hockey team, but I don't think we hand them the crown just yet. I am also not convinced that UND is the number one team either. It's really early and it should be a good season. I predict that the Vikes are going to win the Super Bowl this year. Mark it down. I might add, that it's huge that UND has the West Regional in Fargo this year.

Sounds good to me. Honestly, who really cares what the media outside of our region think? Some of them can't see past Michigan. These were the same pundits that were fawning all over QU, all season long. In the end, UND demolished their beloved team. I also loved that after UND had demolished Northeastern, the UND players made their feelings know that they were tired of hearing about how great the Huskies. Something along the lines of we won something like 30 games and were pretty good, too.

It's a travesty. The UND Administration is taking some hits for this, too.

I think he's excellent. I also think he has done a good job calling the football games, too.
