Are you drinking my friend? The NHL isn't going to decide playoff games with the shootout. However, the NHL season is 82 games long, they can't have a bunch of games going to never-ending overtimes.

I' don't think that I've never seen one single fan get up and leave during the shootout. Except, maybe @MafiaMan .

I've had a few on the blog express their distaste for the 3-on-3 format. During the past three seasons, there's been some interesting 3-on-3 OT endings.

I think it's fun to watch because once you get to the 3x3, lots of open space. Skill is rewarded.

I just read that thread, wow, the author in question might be heavily intoxicated or very low IQ.

One of the guys we sit with at the races offered his opinion about the Fighting Sioux nickname. He's of native descent and said that his tribe (Standing Rock) didn't' give him a chance to vote on the issue. That being said. I am way over the nickname. It's not coming back. I have a nice mixture of new and old stuff. I've worn the new logo with the old logo. I do also like the set up of the FightingHawks.com website. The logo is all over the place. Very prevalent.

Quite a few one and done, and two and done. I think Quinn was a perfect example of why you can't load up on first-round draft choices and expect to just win titles. You have to build a team with high-end talent and role players that will kill penalties, check top lines and grind out minutes. You have to have chemistry.
