I am trying to wounder why I haven't seen it on the hockey game that I have watched on Television... I guess the net is cheaper than a law suit...

I think its sorry that the Gopher fans haven't even dropped the gloves this season. I think I detect a little uneasiness. It was funny yesterday I was listening to Hennesy on my way to a work lunchon. Tim went head to head with the two clowns on KFAN, it was funny when Dubay and PA tried to say that UofM pulled its offer to Bochenski. Tim got the hook right after that... It was funny but it sounds like a lot of the stuff from that on the air show really is from the POI.Com web page... They quote it all of the time...

Actually I have talked to people that have been to the games in the X-cel energy center apparently the netting isn't too bad. I have heard others say that they keep improving the net to make them easier to see out of. I understand why they have the netting, however, I think its an over doing type reaction. I suppose you and Scott_M can explain Liability and why we have to have these stupid nets... I am not a lawyer...

It is pretty much a given that Matt Demarchi will go after Parise. Matt is a goon (one without any honor, a guttless puke, a thug the saddam hussien of college hockey) there is no doubt he will try something cheap when the Sioux play UofM... Demarchi is a class piece of S#!t on a class program... I think UND has to stand up to this guy this weekend...

Oh by the way I think that if Demarchi or one of the Gophers runs Parise it has to be addressed. So who fights Demarchi?

When Wooger was a coach he used to complain about the officials but I think he had a point. Ohhh, I can't believe I just said that...

I think you have to expect a few bad calls in sports because refs are human, people make mistakes. What happened in Green Bay this season was horrible a travesty, what did I read like 9 different calls that were questionable. I think the officating in the NHL is way better than college, I have no respect for the officials officiating the games in the WCHA except for a few. Randy Schmidt no relations to the other putz is staring to become a good official. Here is why I have no respect for the officials, Don Adam is by far one of the worst in the WCHA, refs are to call penatlies not even it up. Don Adam refs with a chip on his shoulder against UND. If a team takes more penalties than another team you call it, not Don Adams he makes sure each team gets the same number of penalties. Thats not the way the game is to be called. Don Adam refs against UND with Biased. Period it doesn't take a rocket scientist to say it... If you think I am on crack tell me but if we review film of all the games he has reffed against UND I can show you what I mean. By the way you will have to bring the tapes... This past weekend after UND got a 5-3 power play I told my buddy here it comes UND is going to get the next penalty. Bam it ended up going against UND. In the BCS/NCAA title game Miami fans are bitching about how bad a call that was, however, no offense to the Miami fans if I am the ref I call that guy for at least holding. By not throwing the flag right away he makes the call look questionable. Lastly when an offical is disciplined I think it needs to be public. The fans have the right to know. After seeing Adam and and Sheppard ref I am hoping Goddard and a return of Buzzy C.

Last night was awesome, the place was rocking. Reminded me kind of like an NHL arena during the stanley cup playoffs. (I saw game 7 in the old Boston Garden in 1988 when the Bruins defeated the NJ Devils). I couldn't sleep when I got home, I had to get up at 0400 a.m. in the morning to go to work, still excited. Folks our team is pretty good, I am not just saying that because I am a homer either. That was some of the best hockey I have witnessed in a long time. I will break it down further. The reason I say that is, the team we played had their super stars Petter Sejna and company, and our star Parise who was in the WJ's. We played short on defense all night. I think UND will be pretty dangerous, from here on out. No lead is safe and Bochenski can only be held down so long. Wow... Our should be proud, however, tomorrow is another day. Did anyone notice that UND played a disciplined 1-2-2 at times. Working it pretty good for the most part using mostly 4-5 defensemen. C.C. is pretty damn good and the checking line did a good job for the most part controlling the top line of C.C. they are going to score because they are great, if you can limit them on the point sheet your team is doing pretty good. Goaltending, yesh, but Ranfranz played well I thought. Brandt is going to steal some games. Blais has some decisions to make. I really like the way the Marvin kid played. Lee is going to get some playing time. David Hale, wow, what a player. He's back... Andy Schnider, the kid is tough as nails.

I refuse to listen two those two clowns, Pat Sweeny Jeff Bredahl suck period, thank God I only have to listen to him like twice a year max. I ussually turn the volume off when I watch a hockey broadcast and listen to Tim Hennessy. I love the fact that he is possitive and Sweeny and Jeff are just boring, there is no energy in their broadcast what so ever. I am not sure why WDAZ and WDAY keep coming back with these two clowns. Jeff must have been a first line star with his one goal and four assists... I am sure he is an expert on hockey. I also believe we could find a better combination to do broadcasts. If I am not mistaken Sweeny is a former UofM fan or student or is from there so maybe that is the one of the problems.

On the screen it showed #22 on the bench in the 3rd period. Schmidt make a bad call, noooo, it can't be... That was one of many bad calls. I think Blais shoud protest Schmidt reffing any more of UND games. Bring on Goddard...

Some seem to think we need to keep coming back and giving Josh another chance, for what reason I don't know. Josh down right sucks. When I heard that Brandt was sick I said oh we will lose for sure tonight. There isn't any reason why we shouldn't have two goalies like Maine since I feel we are a better more storied program than Maine...

I am sure a few Sioux players will greet him next season. As for Welch, I was kind of pulling for that kid. I guess Dan can go to the WHL and play Junior hockey or sign a free agent contract. I wish him well. I think UofM will be able to fill his roster spot with a young freshman.

I must give credit where credit is due, Brandt played pretty good tonight. I am pleased and I hope we have found a goalie that can keep the puck out of the net...

Exciting game. I thought the guys looked gased in the third period. I think UND showed that it can play with a lot of grit. Interesting night. Providence beat Maine. SCCC beat the Gophers UND and C.C. tied...

Apparently from what my Canadian friends are telling me that you will want to buy your tickets fast and as soon as possible. I hope we will be able to get tickets so we can see the games. I might even take vacation to watch the games in the Ralph...
