On the radio last night they said that Jason Notermann had a banged up wrist. Does anyone know when he got hurt and what was the extent of the injury. I also noticed that Colby Genoway wasn't playing last night. What is up with that?

Seems a little premature, there are like 8 to 10 games left in the season, league championships and the conference championships, lots of room for some major upsets and teams taking a turn for the worst...

I saw Hale last week, I believe on Wednesday and he looked thin, you could definately tell he had lost some weight. Going from 220 to 200 is a pretty big jump in weight. I hope he can get healty again real soon. UND needs Hale smashing people into the boards and for his smart defensive play...

I don't have a problem voting for Kevin, I think he is a good selection, a great players, awesome defensive forward and has a knack for scoring big goals, I am not sure what type of student he is but I would assume he does well in the class room. Why not? I can't believe this is his fourth year already. I have been voting for Zack, Brandon and Kevin in that order.

Fine whatever, I still think that until Josh starts playing at a better level he is going to have to expect the criticism, wether it be from me or anyone. Second I honestly cringe when I see Blais put him out there again and again when we have a better goalie sitting either in the stand or on the bench. I still for the life of me don't understand why Brandt is not starting he is definately the beter of the two goalies. As far as recruiting goal tenders like the with stats like the ones I posted there shouldn't be any reason why we don't have a tender like that. No excuses. With a top program and a top arena there is no reason why we shouldn't be able to sign one top goalie that can stop .915 to .930... Jake is close but .848 is not even good enough to play for the BSU Beavers. Even they have a goalie that can stop .90 + of the shots taken at him...

There comes a time when a player needs to take some pride in his play. Until Josh consitantly starts playing at a level that is consistant and expected of a division one athlete I will be on him. As far as I am concerned he has not shown that this season. It frustrating, disapointing and I don't see it changing. I have the right to criticize him because his play has been inadequate. I am not the only one that personally brings his short comings to the fore front either there are others. Beside why do you care? Are you satisfied with second rate goaltending? Are you satisfied with the way the weekend went, I am not. I also didn't blame all of it on the goaltending but, it was a major reason.

If you look at my post earlier, I said there were many factors to the loss, 50 feet goals show that the goalie isn't into it... I think the Sioux just played crappy after pounding a weak team the night before. I don't MTU is going to beat UND again this year if they meet in the playoffs. Sure this will serve as a very powerful learning tool, now I hope now CB has the teams full attention. Its hard to play hard every night, granted and understood. Besides were also talking kids that is also a given and the pros don't win every night either, however, I don't understand why Blais keeps coming back with a goalie that has proven he can't stop a beach ball some nights. I though Brandt played decent in mop up and I for the life of me don't understand why Jake isn't starting all the games. I think UND has a better chance of winning with Jake in net...

Is this a result of something that happened at the end of last nights game? I haven't heard anything about that...

How long are going to let our goal tending get by with, oh its not their fault, there were like 26 shots on net last night. In the past that has spelled one thing we give up 4-6 goals as a team. That has been the norm when we have had that many shots. The enevitable is happening just it took longer than I expected for the year. UND will probably be sitting home from the Final Five and the NCAA again this season, and I am not happy about it. I think this is unexceptable. I just can't see the way we have been playing, how the hell we are going to even go 4-2 in our next 6 games. It wont' happen we will get swept next weekend and the weekend after if we keep playing this way... Someone needs to step up and take a leadership role, using excuses about not having Hale is also not exceptable. Face it David could be gone next season. I hope Blais skates the crap out of them next week. I am not happy at all. Last night was hard to stomach... I can handle getting swept by the Tigers but not by any team named the Huskies...

Goofer fans are hoping he doesn't stay around, I think personally he is not ready for the NHL. I Hope Zack realizes that too. I hope see him around for the next season too... I thin UND and Zack, Brandon and Matt would be a good combination next season. I shudder to think what could happen. It would be scarey good...

What I got from the article on USCHO was that they were waiting for the decision from the NCAA on the CHA and the WCHA. Or maybe I read that wrong, but I am sorry the MAAC has not proved it can play on the same level as the the big Four. It would be a travesty if the MAAC split and became two leagues and they ended up getting two auto bids. I hope that does not happen...

Fine your entitled to your opinion, I have not problem with that at all. Also, I am entitled to my opinion, neither is right... However, Josh has not shown he deserves to play at the Division One level until the last couple of nights, I also think it is still decision time. I think Blais will come back with him tonight because it is Michigan Tech, and I think we can win with Josh in net. However, I still dont have a lot of confidence in him. Not like I do with Brandt... I also believe that if Josh can' t cut it for the rest of the decision maybe we need to cut our loses with him.
