It appears that a plucky North Dakota kid will be favored over a talented kid from outside the region. I guess I am just trying to figure out how Romfo is the starter when he throws balls into the turf like Sean Greenwalt.
If Jerry is so much better than Romfo and still cannot get on the field outside of a kneel down situation, why should any non-North Dakota athlete want to come here?
Or are reports of Jerry's greatness grossly exaggerated?
It's high time UND focuses on hanging #9 and not focus too much on the Penrose. Only total homers will insist that UND had a better season last year than Denver.

A lot of coaches deal with night games all the time. It wouldn't kill our program to embrace them. The year we opened the Alerus Center (2001) we had night games before hockey started in October and those games were well attended.
Bubba and Midco would get over it if it helped raise the profile of the program.
