I believe that the 2/22/1997 game was where we clinched a share of the WCHA regular season title. The season ended on a high note as well.

I'm not scared of those conferences. UND has more than held their own against both so far.

If we wanted a team that turned the ball over this much, we could have just kept Brewster.

Maybe we should designate Thanksgiving weekend as a bye week from now on.

We have played down to the level of our opponents this year. Which means we'll probably look better against Denver next weekend.

I remember that. My thought was "Boo, hoo, hoo!". When you treat other programs like dirt, what do they think is going to happen?

Those are usually games where we shoot the puck into the goaltender's stomach or take a bunch of low percentage shots from the outside.

Just get two wins however we have to.

To be fair, Denver is giving up a lot of goals, so they have something to prove vs. us as well. And we have already performed well vs. good teams, so I am not worried about the trip to the Mile High City. Just get at least 3 points and get out of there.

The last few years have been anything but normal (shutdowns, cancelled games, teams getting byes they don't deserve to get), but this season feels somewhat normal.

Good points. I am very bullish on this team. Nice to have a true national contender again.

I am enjoying the dang ride. But honestly, no one is going to remember that we finished #1 in a national poll on November 20, 2023. All that really matters is the PWR, and we are in the Top 5 right now. My main concern is not having a hiccup in one of these non-conference games we have coming up.

The Thanksgiving holiday doesn't help attendance at any of the games this weekend either (hockey and football). I just hope whomever can go will go and give this team the support they deserve. And UND better promote the heck out of this game; no reason not to promote a home playoff game.

The Richmond game time was dictated by ESPN.

Until the double-reverse call in the second half.........um, I think I'll leave that alone.

As long as I can go to both, I don't care what the game times are.
