  1. Maybe the disconnect is that I don't feel threatened by a word so much as the HAWKZIs are..... I see the NODAK sweater more like the fun NBA city nickname jerseys or MLB Fauxbacks. Not as a replacement of a nickname such as NODAKS... of which the University should have absolutely held onto the trademark for.
  2. No you won't. You'll just sit there quietly.. irrelevant behind your keyboard.
  3. No I'm not. You keep trying to make that true but... No.
  4. It's used with full awareness. It just fits these twits more applicably.
  5. Let's plug SCORE a bit more, spectacular resource!!
  6. Your still missing the point... I'll admit I'm having a blast trying to point you in the right direction ... but im bored so, its cheap entertainment. Kinda like watching the prisoners take the iq test in the 2006 classic "Idiocracy"
  7. All these things have been known .. well known for quite some time... what else happened to bring about the attention.......
  8. Well today's kids ain't them kids.... ... its almost as if there might have been some help in preparing and processing these complex things to ensure legal and proper. .. .....
  9. And there's the HAWKZI mantra coming out.... just the seething jealousy of years of being the second fiddle lashing out.. "It's all hockey's fault"
  10. Calling man's daughter dumb is something one should answer to behind the rink. I'd doubt you'd be man enough to stand up to your comments, but also doubt Berry would stoop down to your level to teach you. Either way I'd pay to watch that.
  11. More correct than most I've seen. The timelines are a bit off but the just is there. The Intent is whats is being bastardized. ..is due to UND acquiescing to and attempting to placate the extreamly small minority of people that where satisfied with the process or resulting abomination that the process produced. i.e. the consumer. Consumers just love being told what they have to purchase, that works so well in a a free economy. (palm to the forehead emoji)
  12. I wonder if there's any other ventures this or similar corporate entities have undertaken?
  13. I'll let you stew on these little tidbits... I Where was the company UND pays (paid) to mange all this? and.... All this stuff sounds complicated, seems like a lot of legaleeze is neede to navigate these waters. I wonder if they had guidance that made sure it was done proper at the time? B. I. N. G. O. what does he win Bob?... a coupon for a free Nothingburger
  14. Very much so... They've taken actions. You just don't see it as someone else pops up just as quick. Key is action is being taken to protect.
  15. Those guys can't hold Port's sleezekini... And non of them are out to get college athletics to any degree that port is
  16. I know... But you're not going to like the answer... and the Univ. does not want to talk about it.
  17. If anything.... all this is just another huge black eye for the University of North Dakota's horrendous licensing and marketing dept. How was Or..... or...... there's not the story here the highspeed Hawkzi kabal wants there to be and they had to farm it out to the sleeziest masterclickbaiter in the state.... What's more likely.. consider the others that also passed on it.
  18. Christ alive this isn't difficult there is no sinister evil plan... here or anywhere else Adidas isn't interested in the hockey apparel market at this time, they will continue to hold an asset.... to be continued. Hense as it relates to this thread and information.. whennit comes to hockey jerseys... CCM is Adidas Adidas is CCM
  19. Uffda.... Since the sale... Adidas HAS BEEN the branding on Athletic appeal in the hockey sector. Why... because... Despite a potential sale, Adidas will be "keeping the CCM apparel license not, transferring it to the new CCM owner." As "speculated"... man this is tough to comprehend why this is difficult for you..... Adidas removed the CCM labeling from the hockey apparel and applied the Adidas wordmark.... they however still holf and maintain the particular licence I mean I'd doubt crayons would help at this point... If only there was some way to have a visual proof of this.... maybe on EVERY NHL sweater currently used. Maybe even something closer to home... more sinister in your eyes? Now... moving forward... Adidas is exiting the hockey apperal sector... NO indication they are selling the "CCM apparel license" just no longer using it... Hence... . UND will be contracting with a new provider for future jerseys. Your lack of understand is key to sooooooo much else right now.
  20. This. This is a huge part in understanding who they had to drop down to in order to get someone to write story. Yes.
  21. My gawd read for understanding... It seems this is a difficult concept for you. "Despite a potential sale, Adidas will be "keeping the CCM apparel license, not transferring it to the new CCM owner."
  22. yes those details... they do matter. according to Josh Kosman of the N.Y. POST. Despite a potential sale, Adidas will be "keeping the CCM apparel license, not transferring it to the new CCM owner." A source said that starting with the '17-18 season, Adidas will "get rid of the CCM name on NHL apparel, replacing it with Adidas." However, the source added that CCM will "still be seen on NHL helmets and sticks." Kosman notes presently, CCM is the "official licensee for the NHL throwback jerseys, and many team sweatshirts and T-shirts" (N.Y. POST, 3/16).
  23. Port.... not exactly the 1st or 2nd string of reporters who've passed on this story already.
  24. who said anything about "buy"? Kinda key here
