  1. Portland State gets #6 seed. Should help UND's resume
  2. UND is full of starting freshmen and sophomores. Anyone who knows football knew they would improve, and they did. UND-NDSU would be completely different if they played again. Keep trying to troll because you are horrible at it.
  3. Northern Arizona has only 6 DI wins; obviously, they didn't win enough. They are inferior to UND. In addition to beating a FBS team (Wyoming is better than SFA; SFA is horrid this season), UND beat a seeded team in Portland State (9-2). Go through NAU's petty 6 DI win resume and tell me how that trumps 7 DI wins including an FCS seeded playoff team and an FBS team. You lost all credibility when you put Stephen F. Austin above Wyoming; Stephen F. Austin went only 4-7 this season.
  4. If UND gets in and South Dakota State isn't seeded, UND will likely be hosting SDSU. SDSU put in a minimal bid considering their alternate site for hosting.
  5. SDSU and UNI are not powerhouse teams; they don't make the 6 DI wins of Western Illinois mean more. 6 DI wins is 6 DI wins, it shouldn't be enough. Also, UND won decidedly the last two contests. Portland State is a playoff team (they beat Montana); UND beat them. Cal Poly beat Montana and yet UND blew out Cal Poly. Point is, UND has wins that are meaningful and when that is compared to only the 6 wins of Western Illinois, UND has the better resume.
  6. If UND gets in, they'll likely be hosting. Unfortunately, whether or not they get in is up in the air.
  7. Makes absolutely no sense. Western Illinois won only 6 division I games. Towson didn't beat a single FCS playoff team. Eastern Illinois also didn't beat a single quality FCS playoff team. UND has a win against a likely seeded FCS playoff team in 9-2 Portland State; also, UND has an FBS win! It makes no sense, whatsoever, for UND to get hosed and jumped by Western Illinois, Towson, and Eastern Illinois. If that happens tomorrow, then UND got royally screwed.
  8. Absolutely agree. Three of the teams that UND is competing against for a spot - Western Illinois, Eastern Illinois, and Towson - are completely inferior in terms of their resume.
  9. Man, sure would be fun to be watching playoff football in the Alerus Center next weekend! Go UND! Selection committee needs to look at this objectively; if they do, UND is in and hosting.
  10. Clive Georges is quite the playmaker. UND needs to conserve Santiago a bit. They're starting to flirt with overworking him.
  11. Damn. Letting up in the backend. Can't have it.
  12. UND is playing their best football at the end season. Amazing what Bubba has established here so soon! We could have a deep playoff run...this season! Unforutnatly, I think we are the first team out tomorrow. We will end up being the 25th team... Damn
  13. Yup. Nevermann and Gordon are for next season.
  14. Iwarri Smith is too tentative for RB, but UND needs more depth (in other words, next season) before they can switch him. Olivera would be playing as the #2 RB if he didn't get hurt last weekend. More Norberg?
  15. Triple option teams don't do well when facing a huge deficit. No excuse but for UND to play solid defense for the rest of the game...
  16. I'm in absolute awe! UND is playing their best football at the end of the season! F'hawk yes!
  17. You better believe it! Three more seasons of that! 99 yard touchdown drive! Bubba Ball has arrived, ladies and gentlemen!
  18. Offensive line needs to keep on doing their thing. Play physical and knock Cal Poly off the ball. RBs need to keep running hard and hold on to the ball! Studsrud is awfully efficient and that is great!
  19. Wow! What a great 4th down stop! The boys are ready to play, and for good reason! Keep it up! Go UND!
  20. Santiago TD! Getting a nice early lead is key considering how Poly plays on offense! Go UND!
  21. Certainly helps that Portland State won. Helps UND by eliminating Eastern Washington from the playoffs and strengthens UND's resume since they beat a 9-2 Portland State team. All of that means nothing, though, if UND doesn't take care of Cal Poly tonight. GO UND!
  22. All Big Sky Conference games are streamed. http://www.eversport.tv/big-sky/football Also, in case you are unaware, kickoff for tonight's UND-Cal Poly game is at 8 PM CT
  23. Just when Portland State can put it away... they fumble it away for a TD...
