I like all four you mentioned but I'd say SME, Torch Creative and 160over90 had the most impressive sports related clients and work. Capsule is from the area so they may get the nod. Really, any of those 4 would do a good job. I'd love for the local Admonkey agency to surprise everybody but I don't see this being in their scope of work. All I want is a great logo, cause everything involved with this name change up to this point has been sup par in my opinion.

Yes you're correct Duluth, Crookston and Morris (I might be missing another one as well) all fall under the U of M system and not MNSCU. I think if they got the support or somebody wanted to make a name for themselves in the system it would be a possibility. Like I said earlier though I don't see it happening with any Minnesota schools especially the MNSCU schools. Atleast, Duluth would have the funds easier to access.

I geuss I don't know enough about it to say if the money is there or not. Changes would definitely need to take place. I would think Saint Cloud or Duluth would be the two most likely to do it but I've only heard of Mankato even considering it. Saint Cloud a few years ago has some rumblings of dropping football and maybe moving to D-1 in all other sports was part of that discussion.

The MNSCU schools have funding issues and Duluth doesn't get the support from the community. I think it's highly unlikely you see a school move up. I have some knowledge of the Bemidji programs and they aren't even close to fully funded.

I have no insight but I'm guessing all OL are brought in with the expectations of being red shirted. Fall evaluations and injuries may change that. There's a huge difference physically as well as assignment wise between high school and college at this position.

You wander if MSU ever did go FCS, if the Gophers would ever play them like they did most of the Dakota schools. Can you imagine if Mankato would own the Gophers in multiple occasions like NDSU did? The state would implode.

I've always liked the idea of getting in a conference with all the ND schools and Montana's. Mankato would make that a little more realistic. If that could happen I would love to see a few Illinois schools in the conference as well. All this a pipe dream but Mankato would make conference realignment for ND, Montana schools very interesting. The negatives for UND would be recruiting. Mankato might be able to win some battles just on location to the cities. Some many different scenario's could play out there.

I think its a natural thought when somebody brings up Texas transfer to think about Cieslak. Rumors are assumptions made by people. I don't think rumors are bad by defintion as long as the rumors aren't malicious and negative. Rumors become bad when people take rumors as fact. This is a forum if somebody wants to make assumptions thats what this is all about. People take it to far by claiming rumors to be true. I don't think you have anything to apologise for in this case.

You're right we are loaded at DL right now, but most of them will be gone in four years from now. I like to see balance in a recruiting class and we have 5 OL with one being a PWO and two scholarship safeties. Of course QB is always a top need. Of course coaches have plans for what they want and need. So, I really don't know what they're looking for but just saying what I'd be doing.

Has to be DL. We have no commits for the DL.

And the change can't happen soon enough.
