    Dru trial

That's the part I was figuring, though from what I hear the appeals trials will still take a few years.
  2. I believe that a player has 6 years to finish 4 years of eligibility. That's why Glas was around for 6 years. He did have a redshirt year, but also sat out two spring semesters from football. Of course I might have totally messed that up. Mustard playing 2 years of fb after 4 years of basketball must be some sort of weird case as well.

Let's say he does get the death penalty. It's an automatic appeal. This process is far from over and will end up costing millions and taking years. After all that, couldn't it still be decades before he even gets put to death? I'm for the death penalty, but it's a very expensive very long process and sometimes I do question if it is worth it. In this case I think it is.
  4. Bryan Lundbohm sent down to the Aeros. Link
  5. So how would give aways work for reaching DI attendance levels? (not that the NCAA forces it anyways)
  6. My mind keeps going back to how TJ likes to come off the boards right in front of the goalie for the quick shot. I really don't remember him passing that much once he got in close and he always seemed to be in close. My feeling on Toews last year was taht he didn't shoot enough in the first half of the season.
  7. Maybe it's just me, but it seems a lot more I-AA teams are getting "upset" by D-II teams. Let us not forget that by my count two DI teams have been upset by Di-AA teams.
  8. I have that flipped. Oshie is a grind it out and make something happen. He gets the dirty goals. Toews is more of a playmaker and has no problem feeding the puck so someone else can finish.
  9. So the Al can't count any better this year than in previous years? It's almost as if a very large group of people is never considerred into the attendance figure. Maybe the band? But that is only around 100-150 seats.
  10. I was hoping for a better number with first game, potato bowl, and student tix being sold out.
  11. Personally, I like Chappel as the change of pace. He's the guy who can break the game wide open. I'd rather have a Strouth or Beatty at this point to carry the ball 20 odd times a game. I just love how Beatty always seems to gain that extra yard or two after being hit.
  12. Do think us not running the ball is because of our line? Passing always seems to get teams in trouble at some point in some game. We will need the running game to control the clock on teams like Duluth and SD.
  13. WSU going for it on 4th down. Incomplete!!!!
  14. WSU fumble!!!! They get it back at the 25.
  15. Who did they say is icing his ankles and done for the day?
  16. Don't feel bad. Last year you guys had like 8 turnovers. This year our O is becoming something amazing.
  17. Someone said on another thread that student tickets were sold out. Do students pay to go to FB yet?
  18. Those are some great stats for the first quarter plus. Any of them of the longer variety? I haven't listened to the whole game.
  19. It's OK, I'm here now. Stupid grad school.
  20. Funny that Bison fans blamed us for the rivalry ending because we wouldn't schedule them due to it hurting our playoff chances and now it's perfectly OK for them to do the same.
  21. Fetch, I didn't go hunting around that site, but I believe that article should be credited to Rick Reilly of Sports Illustrated.
  22. Johnson may not have the greatest arm, but he is still playing in this league (the oldest) after being a 9th round draft pick. His win % is over 60 and near 70 I believe and he's only played for a couple years in what could be considerred a great team. One game of high turnovers doesn't make or break a QB.
  23. LOL. It's been a long day and I needed that.
