True, but didn't DU rotate goalies for a while. I think Briggs will wear down as the season goes on. Has UM's #2 even played?

I have a really hard time believing they are a top five team in the nation. The CCHA is crap. I'm starting to doubt BC as well after their game against SCSU over the holidays. I think the WCHA has gotten even better while every other conference is down from last year.

This isn't WCHA action, but the only game on TV for me. Michigan is down 2-1 to Western Michigan. I didn't see any of the goals, but Montoya is in net.

It seems Fox Sports Net is going through hockey withdrawal. Michigan vs. Western Michigan is on 4 stations including Madison Square Garden. I aslo heard an ad on FSN Rocky Mtn. that on Friday nights they are showing a WCHA or CCHA game of the week.

MTU wins 3-0 snapping DU's 9 game winning streak. Also someone's 10 game scoring streak. First time DU has been shut out since 1-9-04. Huskies first shutout of DU since 1975 or 1979.

MTU scores to make it 3-0 with about 4:30 left in the game.
