that's what is wondering about this new "super conference". you have to have x amount in NIL endowment but then maybe have a salary cap that is agreed upon to level it out... cut out the scsu and lowells and get the schools that can raise enough and then say we are all on the same level now...you have 250k to spend each year and that's it...
