All home hockey games will be broadcast on the Fighting Sioux Sports Network. Therefore if you have midco, you will get all the home games.

There will be no reserved spot for wild games like there are for UND hockey games, this is not a University ran event, therefore I don't believe parking is ran the same way. At least this was the case for last year's wild game.

The kids will embrace him, but I just hope the bear isn't annoying like mascots of professional sports teams.

That is good to see. I hope there is a decent crowd at the game to cheer on the former sioux players.

How is this one going to play out? If our defense plays like it has been, this could be a close game. We will need to score some points on offense and Glas could be very important in a game like this.

I was surprised to see Parise get as many votes as he did for pre-season player of the year. I'm not disagreeing with it at all, just surprised to see that Vanek didn't sweep all the votes.

Hey everyone, it is all right to criticize our sports teams here at UND and to criticize our individual players, but if you say one thing about the band.........................lol. Isn't that kind of funny how once something negative is said about the band, everyone gets defensive.

I've heard from some friends who had the same trouble with their Sioux/Gopher tickets. Looks like there is another big screw up. Remember the screw up two years ago with Sioux/Bison tickets? What really made my friends mad is the ticketmaster agent actually laughed on the phone at them.

The Defense once again played really well. Jeff Glas needs to get on track. The missed field goals didn't come back to haunt us, but will against better teams. Bowenkamp's game was ugly at times. He continues to not only miss open targets, but miss them badly. Lueck's play on special teams has been tremedous. Why not throw the ball to him more on offense? Why not throw it up for grabs a couple times? He was one on one against a corner who was six inches shorter than him a handful of times during the game, take a chance.

The last time I checked, this was a forum for sioux fans. I didn't realize that certain posts had to qualify as "info" to be relevant.

Anyone have any idea how long Meet the Sioux might last?

NewGuy Your post is right on the money. I have no problem with people going to the games for various "social" reasons, but I have a problem with season ticket holders, especially at hockey games, when they decide not to show up because it isn't the Gophers. I know some people who have 8 seats and they might have went to ten games last year. They paid for the tickets and they can do whatever they want with them, but when you don't go, give them away or something. I don't want to see football go down this same path, but it is headed there.

The band is fine, but doesn't need to be at every game.

Less than 24 hours away until kickoff, any predictions out there. Newberry's no huddle offense and talented receivers gave our D and our secondary a nice test. Should prove to be key against Auggie.

Fedorov Actually I have no problem with the rush seating if it is done wisely. Not like those times when people were being let in with no place to sit and then trying to kick students out of their seats in the old ralph.
