I agree with just about every word you said except my dad can beat yours up! Anyways the black on white I thought looked like practice jerseys. The Gophers combo is nice. It has a combination of old school and new school I think. I guess I am slowly changing my mind and whatever will bring more recruits works for me.

Duke is #7 and Arizona is #1.

I actually thought the black on black looked good just needs to be used on special occasions. I think white on white could be used in the same situation. I agree with green on green though.

Here's a good read on Aaron Anderson http://www.grandforksherald.com/event/article/id/281620/group/Sports/

UND commit, Geno Crandall, congratulated DJ Davis for his commitment on twitter: Congrats to my brother @DejonJumpman committing to Northern Colorado. Lookin forward to playin against this cake for years to come. #BigSky DJ responded with: @Geno25Crandall lol they just beat UND by 22 Hopefully Geno can help change that outcome either next year or the following depending on if he redshirts.

I was just going to say something about that. Wow!

I guess names on the back would be fine but I have just never found it necessary. You're playing for the University right? Not the name on the back. I guess that is pretty old school but that is just how i feel.

I think we just need some classic looking jerseys. And not that anyone has mentioned this but I definitely don't want names on the back of them.

I like these.... Lets go back to these
-
Hehehehe I get it.

Pathetic.

Anyone know if we are finally getting the greens back this upcoming season? The blacks are cool and all but I think they should be used more like hockey, as business suits and only worn for those big games!
-
Woah now that's bold! Any more bold predictions you have!

I have to imagine that next weekend is a big recruiting weekend. Hockey games against CC and a basketball game against Weber. I know I saw that a couple players are scheduled to visit next weekend so hopefully the weather cooperates!
-
I think with more opportunities you will notice that Stefan is a good shooter. Shooters need to be able to get into the flow of the game.

And gfhockey is on the ball again.....

Would have been nice but we are never going to need that many seats if Jones is still coaching. -
@RyanJamesMN: 7-ft Carson Shanks, the Utah State transfer, is here as a Gopher guest once again. He's going to be a Gopher once admitted.

Someone go tell Rudolph that Wilkie is the QB he needs for this class!

So here is what I think of every player so far this season: Huff - Mostly what we expected, great scorer and has a knack to find rebounds even against bigger guys. Forces things way too often and takes a lot of bad shots and doesn't dish the ball and I know he can be a great passer if he wants to be . Overall Grade: C+ Anderson - Great shooter and very smart with the ball but I think he has adapted to some of his teammates and has attempted to force things and play out of his game. Very disappointing to me this season, Overall Grade: C Webb - I cringe everytime he shoots but he always seems to hit big shots. Has a nice touch around the rim and a solid defender. Wish he was a better passer but he is alright. Overall Grade: C+ Nash - Very athletic, can hit the occasional 3, not strong enough to guard bigs down low but athletic enough. Like everyone else he forces things that aren't necessary. Overall Grade: B Hooker - Not nearly as good as advertised, yet. Good finisher around the rim but I haven't seen him do much with perimeter shooting. Not a true PG. Overall Grade: C+ Schuler - Should be playing as a 2 but hasn't been. Cannot guard the bigs, does a fine job against guards. Great shooter and smart player. He has a nice little runner too! Overall Grade: A Calcaterra - Provides some height down low and that's about it. Overall Grade: D Traylor - Has some good post moves but never passes the ball if he touches it. Always in foul trouble or hurt. Overall Grade: D+ Salmonson - See Calcaterra, Overall Grade: D Stefan - Good shooter and seems smart with the ball from what I have seen. Needs more minutes! Overall Grade: B Antwi - Can hit the 3 and is fast! Surprised at the lack of minutes. Overall Grade: C- Benton - Asked to guard much bigger opponents and he does a good job. Does not provide any offense though. Overall Grade: C Hobaugh - Rarely plays. Overall Grade: Incomplete Thomas - Rarely plays. Overall Grade: Incomplete Not the best summary of every player but I was bored and just thought I would start something. I am really disappointed in this team so far as I am sure many of you are.
-
Benton really confuses me. He reminds me of a football/hockey player trying to play basketball at the Y. Good defensively, but has no touch on offense and no control. But when I watch him in pregame he drills 3s left and right.
-
Still a pathetic performance. Webb is the only reason we won.
-
That was a terrible call.
