I believe only if they were to transfer from an FCS school or D2 school. A JUCO or FBS transfer shouldn't have to sit out if I recall correctly.

SFI is speculating that the visitor is probably some sort of transfer.

It is always nice to show them a hockey game but now only the kids who come on the weekend of the 18th will be able to see a game. Oh well I guess.

I really like how we actually used our bench tonight. I have said it before and I will say it again, Stefan needs more minutes. I liked how much he played tonight and was very impressed with what he brought to the defense. Seems like a very smart player on offense to and doesn't force anything. I also believe that Antwi can probably get some more minutes. He has some handles and can hit the three when needed. Huff didn't provide a whole lot of scoring tonight but I liked how he stopped forcing it too much. Overall I am satisfied with this performance for most of the game except towards the end. It was kind of like the hockey team when they are up they just dump and chase. We were up by 10 and were content with running the shot clock down and taking the shot that was given. Also Hooker's layup or whatever you want to call it was beautiful!

Stefan has shown some really good defense tonight. He needs to continue to get minutes because he will find his shot. Nice to be leading by 6 when Huff only has 2. Also, the crowd really loves them some Antwi.

I was fairly young when Beasley and Allen were here and I was just wondering what the story was on how we managed to land them? I saw that Allen was a McDonald's All-American as a senior in HS and Beasley was a nominee or something like that. Why can't we get kids like that now? Is it easier to get in as a D2 school grade wise?

I hope you're right. Looking at the ISU's stats it looks like we match up well with them. They don't have any bigs that average more than 2.5 ppg.

Our coaching staff should make the players all watch Aaron Craft play. Probably not the most talented player out there but the effort that he puts in on every play is unbelievable. Those are the type of kids that I would like to have here.

You would think that with 6'11" coach that you would be able to recruit bigs and develop them. Next year we have Bryce Cashman coming in, he is 6'10" and 225 right now. The following year I am thinking that Kyle McKinley from Stillwater will also be coming in. He is another 6'10" kid so hopefully we can develop them. I am hoping that we get 6'9" Ngor Barnaba this year too. Just looking ahead to next year what do you guys think our starting lineup will be? My guess would be: 1 - Tyler 2 - Hooker 3 - Stefan 4 - Calcaterra 5 - Salmonson What do you guys think of that? Definitely do not like the bigs!

Agreed completely. From the sounds of it Patrick Sharp is the best RB on the team so I am glad he will hopefully get every opportunity to be the starter. When I have seen Sharp around campus, he definitely does not look like a freshman the way he is built.

The year Kristo's junior year I believe going into the Final Five it was questionable whether we would make it but we won the tourny and ended up as a one. Maybe we were just going to more than likely be a four seed I don't remember.

So any chance of Schleussner coming back as the WR coach or recruiting coordinator? I know it has been mentioned before but I just wasn't sure if he has gone somewhere else now like Kotelnicki.

How are we going to find out if anyone commits now without recruiting chest bumps!? We know the herald isn't going to help us.
