I still really haven’t been able to watch any of the games this year but I am going to trust the confidence building on this board. What’s everyones biggest concern surrounding this team still? Seems like our o-line and secondary has built a little bit more confidence in people, correct?

Wonder if he would have stayed if we wouldn’t have been in that long period without a coach. Probably best for him that he did make the leap to NIU.

SHSU is known for high scoring I’m assuming with passing, correct? If so, I don’t know how we contain that unless we get to the QB.

Has the negativity surrounding Toivonen always been a thing? I haven't really been able to watch either game this year and have kind of wiped last year out of my memory but I just remember him coming in there was a bit of a buzz surrounding him. I do realize he isn't the fastest but I also don't remember all the negativity. I do however agree it doesn't make much sense to have Maag, Toivonen and Wanzek as our only 3 WRs out there at once.

I never referred to him as garbage but let’s not fool ourselves thinking because Mel Kiper had him going in the first or whatever he was going to. I guarantee he never saw a minute of his film. The stats popped because he was opportunistic but not act like he was ever some shutdown corner.

Unfortunately I think you may be mixing up the North Dakota schools. UND has one FBS upset in beating Wyoming a few years back. I think most UND fans don’t have a whole lot of faith in this one being close.

Do we have any young CBs in the system that we can look forward to maybe turning around our secondary? I know Odom is getting his shirt pulled, how’d he look?

I wasn’t at the game, I listened and watched a bit but my limited assessment is that we could be good but we are missing a key part and that is a secondary. Teams are going to gouge us through the air.

This game could very easily be 21-21. I thought our D was soooo far ahead of our offense in that scrimmage.

Opinion on the new setup?

Pumped for the game! Unfortunately won’t be able to make it but hoping to get to Fargo in time to watch at least the first half. Can’t wait to see some of the new players on offense.
