  4. they might suck, but you really going to say worse?
  5. This is so embarrassing.
  6. Yep, UNI or SIU would be giving a much better showing. coaches poll is laughing at us with a big I told you so right now.
  7. I’m so sick of this $hitty product. Nobody shows up for the playoffs. cosches appear to have pulled out the same concepts they used for the xDSU teams. might be time to get a little creative here. Hard to imagine coming back with what we are doin here.
  8. Kadon Kauponen is so damn frustrating to watch.
  9. Remind me why we play this style of D?
  10. Seriously 10 yards a pop on the run.
  11. Lets go NDU!

  17. Siegel is maybe just above average. For all the hype around him he has blow a ton of plays this season.
  18. So CJ drops a pick 6 and then gives up a big play. C’mon man!
  19. agreed, i've been saying the same thing all year. We are not good enough to play zone, we allow way to much cushion on receivers. I think I'd rather play man coverage with the occasional blown big play, rather than the constant 10-15 yard passes, and missed gaps. Doesn't mean that would work either, but they don't even seem to try to adjust. 360 did tweet out that there will be a podcast this week.
  20. Have to get the run going right out of the gate. If you can pound the rock on that first drive it will really help. I'd love to see Hoos take it up the middle for like 12 on the first play. Then start mixing in some of the misdirection plays to the outside. If it works, I would try to limit the passing in the first half. I'll have to do a little more research, but I'm curious how their run D is, and who they have faced that has a strong rush attack. I miss having d backs that play tight on receiver and knock down balls. Must be nice.
  21. The good news about having such a tough first round draw; if you get a win, you've got to be feeling pretty good about yourselves and building some confidence going into the next game.
  22. Weber can clearly put up some points, but there D has seemed to allow more than earlier this year as well. I know everyone is concerned about the defense (I am as well), but I don't think it can get much worse than this past weekend (knock on wood). I have to believe we will force a few more punts or maybe a turnover or two). Its a longer trip, but its not the Fargo Dome. I do believe Tommy and company will put some points on the board, and get back to controlling the clock and winning TOP. If we can get back to those long grinding drives, wear out their D and keep our D off the field we will have a good shot. Last weekend was a huge disappointment. Not so much losing to the Bison in Fargo, but seeing just how unprepared this team was. It was all downhill from the coin toss. I have to believe these guys don't want to be done playing yet, and despite some really disappointing parts, it has been a good season. Danny definitely needs to get a little more creative this week. I've said it before, but it is like the coaches get scared when they play NDSU and they change their whole process. Maybe they think it won't work against the better teams, but neither does switching up your whole philosophy for a week. UND needs to play their game. Looking for a big week out of Hoos and hoping the O-Line get make some room. Can't wait for Saturday!
  23. To be fair, there were opportunities for the conference to stand out a bit more, as they have done in the past. To me, there were some missed non-conference opportunities that needed to be won. Do that, and it makes the middle of the pack MVFC teams look much stronger; then their only losses are from beating up on each other. UND needed to step up and beat a bad Nebraska team. That would have been huge for UND and the MVFC. UNI needed to not get complete manhandled by Air Force and lose to Sac St. USD losing to MT ISU-Blue also lost to MT (Making MT and the BSC look a little better) SIU had some rough non-conf games
  24. Committee should have taken that into account and just awarded the championship to the Bobcats.
  25. You're not wrong that they couldn't have done much more. A win over SDSU, and NDSU likely has the number 1 seed, but in a season where there is such slim margin for error, I personally feel NDSU should have been the 4 and Mt State the 3, but in breaking it down there isn't a huge separation. NDSU has a second loss, but it was to SDSU. Bobcats haven't had to face a team quite to that level, so who knows. They did beat Weber which is a strong win, but it would have been nice to see them play Sac St. The harder argument for me (using your logic) is Sac St or SDSU. I personally think SDSU is probably the better team (though that might be because I haven't watched any Sac St.), but given Sac State's undefeated season with an FBS beat down, what more can they do to earn the #1,
