This is ridiculous. Nice to see UND was ready for this trip. Pathetic. Tons of talent, 1st round bye on the line and they're going to blow it. -
gross

Remember guys, "It's not worth winning if you can't win BIG!" Go Sioux! Go SiouxHawky!

Thanks Teeder!

Well that was embarassing.

Lou Nanne has actually grown on me a bit over the past few years. Never liked him in the past, especially after he tried convincing Parise to switch to MN. But he is pretty good to listen to on KFAN, especially when they get him and Esposito on there, swapping old time hockey scores.
-
He got a good one with Snuggerud.

Is he coming for the 17/18 season?

Agreed, my whole point was comparing MT or E. Wash to Indiana St or Missouri St, isn't a comparison. Top tier teams vs basement teams, of course they are going to get pumped against the better competition. Lets reverse roles, who is UND going to be more excited to play NDSU/SDSU/UNI or Sacramento State? Same type of comparison, same result. Your going to be more pumped for the better teams.
-
Exactly, that's what I was saying. They are going to be for worked up to play a bad team in their conference over a bad team in our conference. They are going to be more worked up to play a good team in their conference over a good team in our conference. They are going to be more worked up to play a good team in our conference over a bad team in their conference. And they will definitely be more worked up to play a good team in their conference over a bad team in our conference.

As we approach the start of spring practices, and as much as I hope to see some big strides for players (especially the young ones), I really just have one wish for spring ball ...... STAY HEALTHY GUYS!
-
To be fair I'm not sure that is an accurate comparison. I'm sure they get more wored up over Indiana St. and Missouri St. than they would against Sacramento St. or Idaho St. I also think they would get more pumped up for UNI or SDSU over MT or EWU. This last years MT game was a bit of an exception with the ESPN exposure.

Maybe we should consider moving Studrud to Center, and Aplin to QB too?!?!?!
-
Hopefully moving Iwarri from RB to WR can pay the same dividends as moving Santiago from WR to RB.... thats not asking for too much, is it?
-
They definitely need to do something on 3rd downs. I was at a Bison game last year, and I couldn't even tell what they were all saying, but they get the whole darn place into it. UND needs to just get a little more creative, and do something with the video boards and the music to get people into it.

Are you sure you're not an engineer?

I love the band too, heck I was in the band back in the day ... for football, hockey and basketball. Hockey seems to find a balance with the band, the other sports can too. In addition to football, what is the game day atmosphere like for basketball? It has been a long time since I have been up to GF for a game. Seems like they could turn those lights out too, and put a spotlight on the players during the intros; or do they currently do that?
-
This is huge! I know this isn't a guarantee that he will be back, but it certainly appears to be heading in the right direction. Having Grady here next fall would be a huge relief for our O-line .... and probably for Santiago too.
-
Unbelievable, didn't this kid have an off the field issue a few years ago too? Gets another chance, and does well, then still screws it up. I don't want to judge too much, since we don't know what happened, but this seems a bit ridiculous.
-
haha, and boom goes the dynamite!
-
Yeah, pretty sure that is Reyes. Hopefully nothing too serious.

Nevermann is a beast, but I just saw a clip on twitter of a Penn State Freshman RB cleaning 390 .... ridiculous.
