  1. I don't have an issue going on BV; I went on there before the Sioux/Bison game this past fall, but they can be ruthless. You can't even compliment their team or success without getting chewed out. Its not everyone, but the vast majority.
  2. Does anyone know when they come out with the full schedule for next season?
  3. I expect Wilkie to take a big step forward next year.
  4. Ben Blood always said that too.
  5. No, but hindsight is 20/20. Easy to say you wish you would have stayed after you made the big money. Not sure I've ever heard Toews say he wished he would have come back. Any I think some of these guys still appreciate the time they had here, even if they did leave at the right time.
  6. Good to know, not sure how I missed that.
  7. So will he be considered a Sophomore when he actually starts playing?
  8. Hard to keep all of these guys straight, there is just so much talent. It would be nice if we could have a list on one of the blogs of committed recruits, and potential year of arrival (if there isn't already one), similar to what SFI does for football on the sidebar.
  9. Whenever he makes the announcement on twitter, I'm sure he will get overwhelming support from the fans. I don't think anyone will be mad that he is leaving, especially after how he has contributed here. There may be some that are disappointed, because they want to see him back in green and playing for another year, but even those people should be happy for him.
  10. It's tough, but we'll earned.
  11. #TheMoneyLine
  12. I don't think this would happen at many other schools. The culture and family this program has developed is truly unmatched. Speaker volumes about the coaches we have had, the players they recruit, and how they go about their business. Go Sioux! Could not be more proud to be a part of the family.
  13. Easy there Skippy I'll let myself put as well ... be gone in a JIF
  14. Ok, that's what I was wondering. I remember a few others did that in the past. Regardless, glad to have him back. One of those guys whose contributions doesn't always show up on the Stat sheet but still a solid part of the team.
  15. Appreciate the tweet from Trevor, but was anyone actually concerned he was leaving? Barring a significant jump in productivity and another championship next year, I kind of see Olson as a 4 year player. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see Trevor benefiting from leaving early, even next year.
  16. Nah, you're good, and I hear ya. I just get tired of some of these threads getting derailed by complete program comparisons. Lets face it the programs are just not completely comparable at this point. Its not that it can't be a discussion, just the wrong place to have it. We get some trolls on here, and I probably spewed my frustration in the wrong direction.
  17. Not sure if you saw the Wentz tweet over the weekend, congratulating UND on their Men's Hockey National Championship. Kid has absolute class, maybe take a lesson from the guy if you are going to come onto a Sioux message board and try to get in a pissing match over football programs. Majority of the people on this board have already acknowledged the ridiculous success your team has had. Yes, they have had many great player, including NFL talent. Does UND have that right now? No. Does that mean they won't get it? No. Remember there was a point in time where NDSU did not have 5 consecutive titles. I'm not saying UND, or any other team, will ever do what NDSU has not (maybe they will, maybe they won't), but UND has shown progress, so it is pretty asinine to really compare these two programs at the moment. If you want that argumentative garbage, go back to bisonville. You want to have a legitimate conversation about UND players and the direction of the program, then stick around.
  18. Think he would actually get any NHL time in the playoffs this year? Regardless of team?
  19. Bummer, sounds like Stecher will be gone by the end of the week. Leaning towards going pro, but will make a decision on Wed. (Per tweets from Schloss and Phil Neumann) That's too bad. Best of luck to the guy! Maybe a last second change of heart??? haha
  20. Not going to argue with that, you are absolutely right. That as well as Kaskisuo and Lindgren leaving ... we're already going to look pretty good for next season; if we can retain another few guys we'll be looking REALLY GOOD!!! Don't get me wrong, Sioux winning is my #1 priority, but I also like seeing guys stay. More so the guys that aren't ready to leave, but anything to make college hockey an elite path to the NHL. Thats how the league will continue to get high end talent. Is it October yet?
  21. I'm glad we don't have to play against him, but I'm all for retaining top end talent in the league. Even when Bjugstad stayed that extra year for the goofs. Good for the sport to keep those players. That said, Heinen should do well at the next level.
  22. Didn't even realize they were called that, or I just don't remember. Definitely never heard about the bochenski counterfeit thing.
  23. Shoot, now I need to go get a trademark. Just remember where you heard it first, when the The Money Line is tearing it up on their way to hanging #9.
  24. Maybe just The Money Line
  25. Who said that? Rosen?
