This is the kind of game, where LJ needs to step up and put the puck in the net. Top scoring is out, he needs to make some plays and stay out of the box. Boeser and Stecher will nice games. Stecher in particular with his ability to turn up ice so quickly. So impressed with how quickly he can get down the rink and maintain good possesion. Reminds me a lot of what we used to get from Chay Genoway, as a pretty offensive defenseman. Can't split at home against a poor (albeit improving) CC team. Not if we want to beat out SCSU for the Penne Rosa. Get your brooms, Sioux Sweep

I don't think they schedule the times until the brackets are in place, but I could be wrong.

Makes this stretch run, all the more important. Playing a regional at the X would be HUGE. Maybe not as much for the players, but definitely the fans. That being said, I'm sure the players would rather play in a rowdy Xcel environment with a favorable fan base over an mostly empty arena in cincy.

Agreed, definitely room for improvement, but that's a good thing given how young they are. Definitely the best team we have seen in a while. AND THERE GOES HOOKER AGAIN

This team is looking like it has more potential every game.

Its not just the coaching or player development. I really don't know enough about basketball or the sport fundamentals to comment on that, but he always seems like a giant baby on the bench. I'm glad he has some passion, but he could really use a little more class. Easy to be frustrated, but maintain class. We all saw Hak get frustrated in Mariucci years ago, but other than that, you never saw the guy have an embarrassing outburst.

Definitely. I'll be the first to say I'm not a Brian Jones fan. Been willing to give him a chance for a while, but between losing seasons to his bench demeanor, he just isn't my favorite guy. That being said, I really like where this team is going this season.Not just because we have seen some really solid games from E Wash, to MT St, to a "quality loss" to Montana, to tonight, but also because this is a really young team, so we can only expect more over the next 2-3 year. Pretty cool that we get to add Wheeler Baker to this mix next year. Point being, I hope we keep Jones for now, because I would hate to see us lose any of these kids.

Any idea how Randolph compares to Chinn. Just curious if the talent level is similar in terms of replacing Chinn (hopefully)

Well, I watch UND Basketball as much as I can, but I am by no stretch a great basketball mind. Hell, there is plenty about the game I just don't understand, and haven't ever tried to learn, but I've found this to be a very entertaining half. - Hope to see Baldwin keep hitting 3's like that. Heck hope to see everyone keep hitting 3's like this. - Really impressed with Yanku for NAU - Pretty entertaining play by play guy. Really unbiased, and has some pretty entertaining calls.

Yeah, but "I pity the Connor" isn't nearly as fun to say.
