I didn't say it was cheap, I just said it was a nasty way to take the kid down. As in .... "Ouch!" Obviously if he could have taken him down above the knee he would have, as it would have been faster and more effective. Can't always control the exact way to do that when the play is moving full speed.

Thats pretty pathetic. Though that was a nasty way to take the kid down. Getting to the ankle and gator rolling. Fans need to remember these are kids playing, not pro athletes though. The game is played fast, and in the moment you are sometimes just trying to make the play. And some Bison fans need to get off there pedestal; Bison players are capable of making cheap plays as well. On the one hand, I say let them keep chanting. Its tradition, they're just having fun, it gets blown out of proportion. On the other hand, maybe they drop the Sh&t, as it is a family environment. Its not worse than, F&#k the Gophers. Thats become kind of embarassing, but will probably never stop. Wish the kids could get a little more creative. Pretty sure the gopher student section chants something similar to the Bison, even when we don't play them.

I'm kind of surprise I got those as close as I did. Maybe my luck is just with the home games. I put my prediction in the Revenge is a dish best served cold: UND vs. ISU thread 48-20 UND!! I hope I'm wrong only because if we play our game, UND could score more, and could allow less points. I'll debate on that this week and may adjust my score a bit.

I guess I don't remember too much from the game. Eversports webcast crashed for the second half of the game.

I expect to see a ton of blitzing this week to get to ISU's QB. ISU's offense is all pass, and I don't think we will have any issue containing the run, but we MUST limit or eliminate the BIG plays. UND's running back committee should gouge the Bengals this week, and if they want to play an all-out run defense, it is very nice to know that Keaton has built some chemistry with his WRs. Toivenen looks good, but I’m am so impressed with Wanzek; The kid just does not drop the ball. I would like to think they have a bidding strategy in place, or are in the process of reviewing it. UND is still not a lock for the playoffs, but they are certainly on their way.

^This. USD is way more deserving of the ranking at this point. I get that UNI has had a tough tough schedule, but if you don't win any games, your strength of schedule doesn't, or shouldn't, do you many favors.

Athlon Sports pegs UND at #14 NDSU remains #1. Yes, they have a loss, but their #1 ranking is understandable and still pretty justified. We'll see how they respond this week at Western Illinois. Being the Bison, I could see them winning out, but at the same time, they still have to play Western Illinois, Youngstown, @ UNI (Yeah, they're having a down year, but could still win a big game), @ USD (Also a team capable of winning big games). It It'll be interesting to see what happens with NDSU the rest of the way.

I wouldn't UND to help the Griz out by handing them a quality loss.

I'm sure the committee has us on the bubble looking in ... from a distance. These win were mostly lucky and really USD is probably more deserving than us.

I think a SUU player took a shot at one of our guys when the game was over.
